Hands down THE best convenient store ever. They always have some of the best deals around and oh boy did they always get some great drinks there. The workers there are some of the friendliest people I've ever talked to. Highly recommended for surrrrrre

I see other people mentioning that they received bad customer service from the ladies at the counter, I don’t know if I was lucky or something, but they were very friendly to me. At least for me, the experience at this Loop went perfectly fine, I hope people receive the service they deserve. Other than that, the store is big and they are stocked up on a lot of things which is great. The bathrooms were also pretty clean too. Grateful for the service and for having bathrooms cleaned properly.

Whoever Jessica is is extremely unpleasant and not helpful over the phone I can only imagine how her customer service is in person I went went elsewhere

I arrived at 9:45pm the sign in the door said “please use window” so I rang the bell at the window. The woman at the window was rude, was mouthing “we’re closed” but the hours on the door says 24hours.

What Bad customer service. There were 3 elderly woman cashiers working all at the same time at "Loop". One customer in line was asking for pricing assistance. The woman pointed and announced the pricing. Obviously the customer did not know what they were referring to. The woman cashier stamped over to the cooler and rudely pointed to the price as if the customer should know this information and Not ask for assistance. The cashier then called over the 2 other elderly "gabby" woman cashiers and they all began reprimanding the customer verbally in front of the others waiting in line. I am surprised the customer even bought the item. This is not customer service. This is a group of older ladies trying to hold a job after all these years and disciplining the customer. If I had a choice, I would go to another convenience store, or at least hope "Loop" would get better workers. Of course, it seems obvious they could not find any help besides this group of gabby, old women. I was ashamed to witness this scene.

Drive drive line is long at Starbucks is 8 cars in front of us when we got to Starbucks next to loop neighborhood market and Is not on google maps and no one is at the drive through window and one of the cars took forever. To order That’s why I’m rating loop neighborhood market because Starbucks next door it is not on google maps.

I arrived at 2am just got off work needed allergy pills really bad....the sign on the door said please use window I rang the window bell and the clerk said “I’m on lunch I can’t help you right now “ why not put a sign that says on lunch??? The morning shift is great the night shift is not!

Was very impressed with the customer service and the clean restrooms. Find a wide variety of snacks and drinks that i can only find in a Whole foods or a Trader Joes. Coffee was freshly made also

poor service does not serve a customer well they are discriminatory for not speaking English and asking for something whenever they could understand
