It was okay, just decent. I had a swiss mushroom burger. The Swiss cheese was not melted, and I had to hunt down the mushrooms. It was a little dry too, but I had the sauce on the side since I wasn't sure what the base of it was. Very little fries, but I got full.

Unfortunately, did not enjoy our visit. Was seated promptly and the hostess was very polite. The waitress must have been having a bad night. She was not very happy to be there. Soda was flat but appetizers were good. However, when she was taking our app plate she dropped ranch on the floor and it splattered my husband all over. Then left the mess all over the floor. The manager even walked around it several times. Then the dinners we ordered were not great. My husband had an undercooked steak. My steak was half cooked medium and the other half almost well done. This has always been my favorite go-to place. This time it was a nightmare. They were very busy so it's understandable that we wait a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes until we were seated with no menus. 25 minutes later our server approached the table and we asked for menus. She rolled her eyes and stomped off saying "they were supposed to do that". She came back and took our drink orders and left for another 15 or so minutes. When she came back, we asked for rolls but she disappeared. My daughter walked up to another lady and asked if our table could get some. She came to the table and informed us that they should have given us some when we were seated and that they don't have anymore. Sometime later our server comes back to take our order (No refills). 28 minutes later we get our order with some missing and some wrong. My daughter ordered the Logan burger and they brought her a bun with a patty and some BBQ sauce. Still no refills. It was chaos that day and the "manager" could care less. All he did was lean against the counter with his arms crossed talking to servers. People were leaving angry, voicing their concerns and he just shrugged his shoulders. I'm not sure if this is a new manager but maybe someone should tell him that responsibility comes with the title. I love Logans but if this is the new norm, I'm out. The rolls were delicious. The rest of the food was terrible. The restaurant feels like it can't decide between being a steakhouse and a barbeque joint, not that it mattered, the food wasn't good anyway. The server was nice but she wasn't very attentive. The meal was OK.. Our only problem was it was the order. I ordered the T bone my wife ordered the Porter house. My wife ordered her steak well done and I ordered my steak medium. We received the complete opposite. My food comes out first and it's well done......after quite some time her's come out medium......everything else was okay. Our waitress was really nice.....she even got us a discount on our order. My wife and I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it anyway. Wow, I haven't had a meal this good since I moved here from Tampa, FL 3 months ago! Great service also, our wait staff was great! Everything was cooked to order, no mistakes! She kept our drinks filled and we did not wait long for anything extra we asked for. The fireplace and atmosphere was great. The Ribeye sandwich was way salty. Potatoes were a bit off. Bathrooms so messy mid-day, not even a rush... the food was ok, but not great. Rolls were good. I had the beer battered fish and was disappointed. So much batter and so greasy. The baked beans were the bomb. The rice was good as well. My husband had the ribs and they were good too. I ordered curbside pickup. The text and said that it was ready ten mins before I got there. I arrived and parked in the to go space, and inform then that I was there. After 17 mins of waiting for one dozen of rolls, I got out of my car and went inside, to pick them up, and I have covid so I was trying to do less contact, but that wasn't the case.
