Logan's is normally one of my favorite spots to eat but after last night, I might have to reconsider!*I had the whole story but decided to shorten it* Our waitress who didn't introduce herself (assuming her name is Stephanie L. bc that's what is on the receipt) was soooooooo RUDE! I actually choose the dinner spot to meet with friends but felt so bad that I recommended here because of the way we were treated. We wasn't sure if she wanted an reaction from us🤔 but she made us feel like the color of our skin affected the way she acted. Whatever the case may be, we decided to let the manager know what was going on. Her attitude shifted a little bit but her service still SUCKED! I'm giving a star🌟 (much different from my last visit) because the manager was nice, that's it! When I return again, if we are seated in her section, I'll definitely ask to be moved. Bridget was simply amazing, polite, friendly, professional, caring, and kind. This is my second experience with this beautiful young woman. Besides the amazing food, Bridget is my favorite reason to come to come to Logan, we celebrated my Mother's 75th birthday tonight, and Bridget's efficiency was A-1. This young woman needs a raise and a lunch on the house. Can't wait to see Bridget again!!!! Out with family for my mom’s birthday and everyone had something different to eat. What stood out was the so called FALL-OFF-THE-BONE RIBS. They did not fall of the bone actually they were tough and chewy. Also tough to cut into. Could not eat them had to order something else. This was my first time at this restaurant. I went for lunch today and Ensley was our server. She did an excellent job and was on top of it. Even laughed at our corny jokes! Music was a little obnoxious though. Fast service. Food was good but the Mac n Cheese was cold. Too bad since everything else was good. We reordered broccoli that was steaming hot. The watermelon margarita was good and plenty. For some reason I couldn’t finish it. Celebrated my grandson’s middle school graduation. He’s so silly! The steak was fine. Try the mushrooms appetizer. Very good! The food and drinks were good, but the service for our table was a bit strained. I do get it, it was a lot of the people there, people are gonna be tired, but the sincerity wasn't much. That's my only gripe. But they tried and didn't skip a beat, other than that. Overall we had a good experience. The waiter was really nice. The food wasn't impressive but maybe that's just what we ordered. The burger sliders were okay, they should probably come with more toppings, like lettuce, tomato, and onion. The fried onion bites were probably better than the meal. They didn't cook the rolls all the way which was disappointing. But like I said overall I enjoyed the drinks and I left full and happy. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

We have not be eating at any Logans in awhile due to bad food and service but so happy we gave Tuscaloosa Logans a chance. It was the best we have ever had. Food was awesome and service couldn't possibly have been any better thanks to Jalen our server/bartender.
