We are from Corinth and had to go to Tupelo to a Dr appointment and decided to get a loaded tea and found this place they were really nice and even offered to redo my drink if I didn’t like it! Will definitely go back when we are in the area again! Forgot to mention you get a free kids tea with a loaded to purchase! 😊 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I've been here every morning for two weeks now!!! I love love love the service and the people there are so entirely friendly!! My red head lady that I always forget her name even though she always knows mine (sorry) is the absolute best.

I went to this one because it’s closer to my job than the one I usually go to. The girl who was working up there when I went today was rude and not nice at all. Seemed like that was the last place she wanted to be. The drink was also not mixed up all the way so there were gritty particles all in the bottom making it impossible to drink. I won’t be back. If y’all need a good tea shop to go to in Tupelo, I recommend Barnes crossing.

Stopped in from out of town. The tea was fine and similar to what I get at other nutrition shops. The girls working could learn some customer service though. The one girl was too busy having a personal conversation about her car to even stop and take my order. She finally asked what she can get me, I order, she continues her conversation, then comes back to ask me what she can get me….again. The girl that made the tea just put the tea on the counter and never spoke a word to me. With tea shops on every order these days, great service is imperative. I stopped at a different tea shop in town the next day since I seemed like an inconvenience to this one.

I have been craving a loaded tea all morning and finally found a store that was open on Thanksgiving! I was so excited that I drove 30 minutes just to get one. The two girls who were working treated me like I was a complete inconvenience for them! They rushed me through my order first, acted like anything I was asking for was a burden, put sooo much ice in my cup I couldn't close the lid and never mixed my drinks! They didn't even make the drink I asked for and there were chunks in all 3 drinks!! So gritty that I couldn't drink them. The worst experience I've ever had just trying to buy a drink! I guess that's what I get for wanting a tea on a day where the staff clearly didn't want to be there! I've never made a review in my life but that experience was completely uncalled for.

I love both the shakes and teas. Customer service is perfect. I don't know about you but customer service is where it's at and they got it down. I'm addicted to Loaded Nutrition because of the flavor and BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forget what you may hear. They are AMAZING and worth a try!

Very expensive for protein shakes and flavored teas. And the taste is not that great either. Not worth going to if you've had real protein shakes too. You can make your own at home cheaper and better. The teas are watered down to where I don't taste the tea at all. It's masked by the added flavors. They can do better if the menu is more transparent, showing what goes into making the very expensive shakes/teas. The customer service is another horrible experience. Since the menu was not apparent, we had to ask questions because its our first time. The cashier looked annoyed by my questions. I mean.... c'mon!... that's part of the job. So our overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Shakes are definitely not that great but Tupelo (small town with not a lot of exposure to the world) are going crazy over it. The young Caucasian girls working there need a little help with their customer service skills (I'm sure these are family members of the owners... eye roll). You can just tell their hesitancy to serve black people...very unfriendly. Look don't take our money if you can't serve everyone including Blacks with a Spirit of EXCELLENCY.

the employees are so kind and are so patient and helpful in answering questions about flavors! they even let me make a custom which was the bomb, love them sm :)
