The only negative was our crust on our pizza was tough. The pizza sauce was delicious and the toppings were great. We will return but probably won't order the pizza. They have some wonderful looking sandwiches we want to try. This is a true Mom & Pop style restaurant, very small but it does have outside seating. Overall we enjoyed the evening. This was for delivery. We tried this place due to a friends recommendation. It took almost two hours to arrive and the food temp was warmish. We got a 16 inch deep dish with pepperoni and sausage with bread sticks. The breadsticks had zero seasoning, butter or garlic on them, marina was sweet and did not help the breadsticks taste any better. The pizza alone was $34 and it's the worst $34 I've spent on a food item. The sauce did not blend well with the cheese and toppings, the sausage was frozen before and bland, the cheese was the best part. When its a good pizza the sauce, toppings and crust should compliment each other and this pizza fell short. I really wanted to like this and for $60 total hoped to be blown away but sadly not. We came here once and were hooked. Lunch specials are sandwiches, with Fry's, and a drink. I have been back here more than most restaurants since moving to Surprise. Usually we find there are at least a couple items on the menu we don't enjoy. Not here! EVERYTHING we have had has been greatness. Philly cheese steak=best we've ever had. Worst pizza ever. Ordered half Italian sausage and mushrooms, and half ham and beef on thin crust $40+. Pizza was burnt and steak knife they gave would not cut it. All ingredients mixed. Ham everywhere. One bite of sausage in three pieces. Only specs of mushrooms. Found three specs when putting away leftovers. Waitress said they would do better next time. Duh? First time going here. We had fried mushrooms, which were very good and not to greasy. Medium wing. The wings were so good! Flavor was awesome with the right amount of heat. I got the Chicago deep dish pizza with mushrooms. It was good. The dough was awesome. I personally not a fan of sweet tomatoe sauce, but it was still good. My wife had the chicken parmesan. It was very good. Sauce for that was not as sweet and the chicken was great. Nice and tender. The best part was the owner, George. When he had a minute to spare, he came over and sat with us and chatted. It was nice a personable, which you dont find in many restaurants these days. The waitress was very nice too. A+ for customer service! I highly recommend going in and getting a bite to eat!

Nice atmosphere warm and welcoming. I was greeted by Lila, who would also be my server, when I walked in. I ordered the Italian Beef sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was stacked with beef and the au' ju gave it an amazing flavor. Service was great. I would recommend trying the Italian Beef sandwich. Really good pizza! Got the square pizza! Chicago style! They also have deep dish and regular crust pizza. This pizza makes you want to eat more and more slices and you need to stop your self lol. The wings were good. Also got the Chicago dog, nothing special about it. Small little place and smells good inside.

BEST Chicago style pizza in AZ! I'm from Chicago and this pizza fills my desperate need for pizza the way I used to have. I've always had the Little Sicily and ask for it browned on top, or I call it well-done. Perfect every time!! LOVE THIS PLACE! Far from my home but we always go when we have a doc appt at Del Webb.
