Very, very short-handed. The crazy bread we got was the worst crazy bread I've seen from any of little Caesars. The 3 meat was little on the more done side from sitting on the rack of the pizza oven waiting to be pulled off but not bad enough not to eat but the bread was not. I'm done with this store. The owner is a really nice guy, but out of touch with this store. The first time I had serious issues with this store I actually had contact with the owner, and between him & the store manager, they made it right. So I tried the store again tonight (Sunday evening) and ordered (yet again) on the app. An old world pepperoni, which DOESN'T HAVE a normal crust edge!! The image on the website shows that, and at other stores I've had no issues, it's a great pizza. The crust is like a cross between a deep dish & a regular crust. It's great. The little clueless girl behind the counter presented me with a regular pizza, just the old world pepperoni thrown on it. When I questioned it she was like a deer in headlights. They don't know their own menu!!!!! It's not complicated! I know because at one time in my life I did pizza with a chain with tons of menu items also. Not hard! But management at this store doesn't care and allows sub par product to go out, and employees who have no clue about what the menu items even are. Go to another location, this one is awful. I'm not even going to contact the owner again, lesson learned. Just won't be back. Papa Johns it is going forward. Food: 1 Service: 1

Went in on a Saturday night & there was a little girl behind the counter that wears her hat on sideways & a bunch of guys were in the back portion of the store just chatting. (Bad image for the store) I let the girl know I was there for a pick up & she told me it would be ready soon. I wait for 15 minutes while she puts pizzas in the machine for people to pick up. I get up finally because I get impatient. I put in the code in & it works. Great! But I was sitting there for 25 minutes total & the girl didn’t bother to tell me it was ready! SERIOUSLY! Do they just hire anyone at this location? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mobile ordered a stuffed pepperoni pizza with Buffalo wings and got a bacon pizza. Got there and it still wasn't ready. Sat in the car for about 8 minutes both workers were on their phones. I went in and told them that I was picking up online order and they gave it to me. I didn't check the pizza (my mistake) and when I got home to my surprise I got a bacon pizza. Didn't want to go back since it's somewhat far .

Tried placing order over the phone, no answer. I assumed they were busy due to it being Sunday football but went in person and it wasn’t. I tried calling while I was sitting there in the lobby and the phone didn’t even ring in the store like it was on silent or the volume all the way down. The Curley hair kid in the back was just on his phone the whole time not even working just leaving the African American tall kid to make all the pizzas. The girl at the register with the accent was rude to all female customers like we bothered her placing our orders but was all smiles and bubbly when it came to male customers. I ordered the four quarter pizzas. When I went back in to pick my pizza up (had a 10 minute wait) to walk back in to pick up just to find out that they gave my pizza to someone else mistakenly. The other employee cutting the pizza even said I was the only one that ordered that pizza so it shouldn’t of gotten mixed up. After they remain the pizza I guess it was a bother because they tossed the pizza and it slid over the counter and right off of it. I barely caught it by having to pin it between my hand and the front side of the counter. (You can see it on camera from two sundays ago) pizza was cooked unevenly as it was still doughy where the “calzon” part should of been and all topping were to one side. Marinara sauce tasted funny so we just through it out. Over all a horrible experience. And that says a lot since my entire family lives in the area and this is the only little Caesars we go to. But since the old manager (African American guy) stopped working here it went down hill fast. So many inconsistencies since he hadn’t worked there have happened and we will certainly never be going back to this location. I ordered the extra most bestest cheese pizza and I was handed a cold classic cheese pizza. This is the 5th occurrence at the same location. The customer service effort is at 0%. Avoid this location as you are not going to get what you paid for. I'm planning on driving a little further out to go to another location. 2 young gentlemen had the best service tonight, had last minute order before they closed and a young man I don’t his name made a very delicious pizza! I appreciated the service as well!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in asked how long would it be to order a special pizza. The girl just hunched her shoulders and suggested that I get a pepperoni pizza or cheese that was already done. I got the 2 pepperoni pizza wings and crazy bread and drinks. Got home and pizza was not done all the way and had no sauce. Took them back and asked for the manager before I could fully explain as to why I was bringing the pizzas back he offered 2 pizzas that was overcooked but I just got them and left. I posted a pic, a negative review from a negative experience & a rep reached out. After the fact, Chris made it right for me when the pizza was burnt. Nonetheless, there is always a quality control issue here no matter when I come to this location. This time, they offered to remake which is why I gave them an extra star. First time it was burnt/smashed & round, this time it was just smashed. I most likely will just stick to Dominos from here on out.
