This location virtually never has a hot and ready actually ready. Just got told a cheese pizza would take 45 minutes. Ordered Hungry Howie's from the parking lot and picked it up 20 minutes later. I get it; it's super cheap and you get what you pay for, but this isn't the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time they've had nothing ready. My bad for trying every so often. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is always in a state of chaos. The workers never seem to know what is going on and have zero sense of urgency for the line that is usually out the door. Even ordering 45 minutes ahead for a large one topping pizza is not enough time for it to be ready when you get there. The food is good once it's finally ready though. Hot and never ready! This little Cesar’s has to be one of the worst I have been. Everytime I have been in for a “hot and ready” they constantly tell me, “oh it will be 20 minutes or more”. Do not even bother and waste your time going to this location. You are better off ordering real pizza. Drive another mile up university/ Walton and go to buddies. They will have better pizza faster. This place is a backrooms nightmare. Hopefully you used the pizza portal because the teenage droids "making food" don't bother to acknowledge customers, but don't worry eventually the teenage managers will finish their tiktok dance in the back and acknowledge waiting customers... Great care and it made me feel good. I see reviews about poor management and rude cashiers, so i went in myself to see if it was true. I was handed my hot-ready pizza with a smile and I was out within minutes. Since then, Ive been going there for food and it is understandable at times you have to wait for your food to be cooked. I don't know why people complain about waiting so long yet say their food is uncooked. Since when can food be ready in five minutes and it be fully cooked? Food tastes great for a cheep price.
