Little Caesars pizza is the greatest pizza ever but this Bonforte location is very weak. The third time in a row the wait time has been ridiculous and they don't have Hot and Ready pizzas available during the times they are supposed to be available. It is much quicker to drive across town to the Prairie location which is always spot on and almost no waiting in the drive thru. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Never again! I haven't had Little Caesars for years ($5 days) cuz I wasn't super impressed by the quality. However my job got us some as a thank you and I was actually surprised that it was good! So, hungry today I decided to go get some for myself. Big mistake! The quality difference must be something made fresh for delivery vs sitting there for what has to be HOURS. Not cut well - the cheese is practically black - the underside of the pizza both looks and tastes like cardboard - and if I try to eat the crust I'm gonna crack a tooth! I'm a loyal customer to businesses who deserve it but this isn't one of them. With gas at $5 it wasn't worth it to me to go have a $7 pizza replaced I just won't be going back ever again. So if you insist on trying this anyway I highly suggest avoiding hot and ready pizzas and ordering something they'll have to cook fresh for you. Disgusting!

Worst customer service, ever! I ordered a la Called in a large pepperoni and sausage order for pick up and when I arrive they are lost. Never took my order. Accuse me of calling the wrong store until I showed my phone to them. After 15 minutes of standing around the manager comes out and proceeded to ask me the same questions the other two associates did. The associate that took my phone order was the 1st person I spoke with in the store and when I told her what I was there for she asked me the same question she did on the phone, if it was two separate pizzas when I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage. Rather then just admit the mistake, make my pie and put it in the oven she lies to my face saying it wasn't her and gets another associate involved and eventully the manager that asked me the same questions when they could have just made my pie and apologized for wasting my time. So after driving to the store and talking with 3 different people i walked out without an apology or a pie. I asked for the bosses email address and was denied. Hopefully he will see this and get some training going on it there. Absolutely horrible and totally avoidable. Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a problem with a pizza a week ago. It was a first. Posted it to Google. No response. Ordered another pizza today bringing previous problem to their attention. I asked them to do better. I guess customer satisfaction no longer exists. They didn't seem concerned with bad product quality going out the door last week. Yesterday's news I guess I guess we need to move over to blackjack. I ordered food. It was awful. I called and was promised a credit. I don’t always order pizza as I cook homemade meals. I called tonight and Jalyn told me I didn’t have a credit. I said sir I should have a credit for my food and sauces. I SAID SIR ITS OBVIOUS I ORDERED FOOD IM NOT TRYYNG TO SCAN YOU. HE SAID “ well you’re trying to get free food.” And hung up on me. Obviously I’m not trying to get anything for free. I am a nurse and don’t order out much. And when I do and they’re 6 blocks up the road I Exocet my food and to be good! Who hires employees to treat paying customers likenshit. Pueblo is a small town and I promise these young servers will learn how to treat people with respect. I don’t care if I have to call corporate. It isn’t okay to be tresred like I was and I’m a paying customer. Normally we have great food but this time around the plain Pepperoni pizza had almost no sauce on it and a lot of extra spices of sorts and it just had a doughy taste to it. I know pizza is made of dough but it just didn't taste like the pizza we usually get from here. I didn't call cause they were slammed due to the State fair and they had enough on their plates. I placed my order in. They told me it would be thirty minutes. So I ran to the store. Came back to pick up my pizza 35 minutes later.. The person working in the register said Said the kitchen just got my order it'll be forty five minutes. I cancel my order and ask for a refund. Ridiculous. It took over 30 minutes for a hot and ready. The girl said the pizza is coming out go up and park I'll bring it out was waiting over 20 minutes for the pizza I called and asked she said she forgot I said really you told me it would take 3 to 5 more minutes. I ordered 2 pepperoni, one crazy bread, and a 2 litter tea. After that, it was still 10 more minutes.
