The pizza we order is advertised as two things, hot and ready. You will not go to this location and get a pizza that is both or sometimes either. We have to wait for cheese pizza every single time, no matter how many people are there or what time of day it is. They always say it is a ten minute wait on cheese but it consistently takes 15+. Last time we waited nearly 20 minutes and the pizza we waited on was barely warm. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seems like they increase $ by some change and took away the cheese . Just started noticing pepperoni bread no cheese in lot of slices. Definitely cutting back on toppings. Usually 5 star just recently last month or two service well mainly staff isn't as friendly as they once was. Hope this helps. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Picked up a couple of pizzas while on vacation at Lake Lure. This location had great service. My one at home bakes the pizza for a little bit more so the crust is done more so I am giving them 4 ⭐'s. Other than that the flavor was good! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

The quality of the food changes every time we've gone. We've gotten horrible pizza (we had to just throw it out) or we've gotten great pizza. Service here sucks... Almost $13 for one $6.97 pizza. $2 charge because my order was under $10??? And a $3 service charge. And the 2 litter I ordered wasn't with it. Yes, the regular pizzas here are too greasy, but the deep dish pizzas and the lunch combos are great. They're tasty, filling, and wallet friendly for how good they are. Service is always snappy too.
