They never have the regular pizza ready it always the extra most bestest to try to charge you one extra $, also I have said all the time REGULAR PEP and they always charge me the extra most best price without the extra toppings nor telling me until i have paid. And when you tell them that you don't want to take the pizza that are already there (like the stuff crust), they put on an attitude like it hurts them personally!?!?! We ordered a pizza online here through the T-mobile Tuesdays deal and it said it was ready at 5:05 so we went inside. I told them we had an order and she said 5 more minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked where our order was. She said another 5 minutes and offered a free breadstick. There were also two other people next to us waiting for online orders for the same amount of time. It seems like they need more employees as well because there wasn’t an employee that was able to attend to people in line. Would not recommend online ordering here. Asked for 2 regular pepperoni and was charged for 2 extra most bestest , but was still given 2 regular. The pizza crust was hard, definitely not hot, and did not taste good. She also kept my Crazy Bread punch card , which still had another punch left. Seems like they are doing everything they can to cheat customers out of extra money.

I know it's only Little Caesars, so I shouldn't have any standards, but this place has the worst costumer service. I never got my confirmation email, so my pizza sat dying on a rack, not even in the warming oven, for 40 minutes. When I asked the girl why she didn't know. More like, didn't care. I asked her to remake my pizza since they were cold and she laughed and said if I paid again. They weren't even busy. The pizza was just slopped together, too. Waste of money! They do everything to sell you what you don’t want. They over charge you & tell you it’s because it’s the only pizza or bread they have available. They don’t have classic pepperoni ready. They only have “extra” pepperoni. This has happened multiple times. I would pay their $1 if it really was extra & what I asked for. But little kid’s don’t care for extra and their extra looks like a classic. I was told it would take 10 mins for a classic pepperoni. I was still charged for “extra” because that’s all they could make. I’m over their location & over that lady that is always up front. Alejandra R. I asked for a deep dish deluxe and they gave me a deep dish pepperoni and when I called them. I had to talk to three people before a supervisor and the supervisor was rude to me and wouldn't fix the mistake. It used to be the place to go for cheap pizza. Now it is not so much now, as in cheap, except for the quality. I haven't been Impressed the last couple times ordering from here, maybe I need to change locations. The cheese doesn't taste like cheese, it tastes more like a processed cheese. Cut costs to make profit higher, by downgrading ingredients

I ordered a Pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and a Supreme. Of course the cheese and Pepperoni were great but the Supreme pizza was hard. Like it was made the day before and just barely warmed up. Paid $30 for 1 cheese 1 pepperoni and wings. We could not eat it, after the first bite I realized that it had a very weird flavor. Everything tasted the same even the wings. Called them probably 3 times with no answer. SYAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stuffed Pretzel crust looks more like regular crust with salt on it. Expectations were way too high for this. If it wasn't for my free crazy combo coupon I would've took it back.
