We've had mixed experiences at the Cedar location. We usually order on-line, with veggies on one half, and plain cheese on the other. I've learned to always check the pizza before leaving. Once they had put veggies over the entire pizza (making our daughter unhappy); but were kind enough to remake it. This past weekend, this is what we found: basically all the veggies had been piled up on a couple of slices, rather than spread uniformly across half the pizza. This little Caesars has never failed me. Great food, great customer service, great everything. I’ve noticed lots of people have had issue with ordering delivery but they have never messed up any orders I’ve had. I would definitely recommend coming to this little Caesar’s because if the service and they are the cheapest pizza in Flagstaff. This place is incapable of fulfilling an online delivery order. We’ve probably ordered 10 times through their app, maybe twice has it actually arrived correctly. Every time it seems we have to call DoorDash (who fulfills their orders in their app) and get a refund, then go pick it up. Waste of time and frustration. Pizza was good breadsticks were good the guy taking our order was really professional and on the ball. They we're busy and he took control and got the orders out. He mentioned a 20 minute wait because of the amount of orders in it was 20 minutes and not a problem because he mentioned it. The crew in the back did a great job too. The waiting area could have been a little cleaner and hand prints wiped down. Thats the closing crew not cleaning like they should. They gave us the wrong order and wouldn't do anything about it. I just wanted the free 2 litter. But they got everything wrong. No drinks, no sauces. Someone elses thin crust pizzas, but we ordered stuffed crust. They gave us extra wings and that would have made it up to me if there was any sauce on them or on the side.
