Id have to give this place a 10/10 and that’s rare for me. The food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is great. Even the service is wonderful. I hope this place dosent change and stays the same. Best restaurant in Quincy. They even serve after midnight. I typically only give reviews when a restaurant is so bad, but this restaurant is making me change my ways. Bravo, you’ll see me and my wife again.( she’s pregnant and this restaurant is her #1 craving) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As we are local, Liberty is always our go-to. It’s such a great atmosphere and always lively. There is never a wait, despite being full. Service is always great and food always comes out quick, but with quality. A great place to watch a game. Good thing to note, there is food for everyone! Healthy and unhealthy. They always have fun specials and sometimes have live music. The cheese pizza is our favorite thing on the menu. I would probably skip the stuffed pretzels next time. Chicken and waffles were ridiculously good, pulled pork was amazing. Cinnamon roll has cream cheese frosting (very cream cheesy, i didn’t mind at all but just be warned) and was very flaky. Had lunch with my brother, he has been there before and it was my 1st time. We started with the "En Fuego" (On Fire) drink. It is a spicey watermelon drink, and I loved how spicey it was. I personally am not a fan of watermelon flavored drinks, but it was good. Then we had the wings, not too big and not too small with a kick of flavor you can see. My brother had the chicken sandwich, and I had the sausage pizza...omg! It was sooo good, I mean GOOD! We finished it off with an Octoberfest beer, the prices were reasonably priced. Came in around 4 the day after Christmas wroth my partner and was immediately seated in a booth. Waitress came within a few minutes to greet us and take out drunk orders we weren't ready but she came every couple minutes until we was ready. We finally ordered our drinks and an app. The first drink I had "passionfruit sangria" was watered down but she let me switch it out for a Spritz it Out and it was everything I was looking for in a drink! Bubbly and sweet with the right hit of liquor. The app... 2 meatballs were a pretty good size cheesy and came with 2 small slices of bread(1 more meatball wouldn't hurt). Since we were at a tavern and there had a nice selection of pizzas we ordered 2 different kind. I had 1 with fried chicken. It was satisfying but I wouldn't order again. My partner had a sausage pizza he liked but he liked mine more. Overall food was good, waitress was super friendly and attentive, they had 3 different channels on, music was a bit of everything and vibes were chill. Would definitely go back for drinks. First time here and had a great experience! We were there during brunch time. The food was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. The place was pretty busy but it didn’t negatively impact the experience. The food also came out not too long after we ordered. My mom felt that the fried chicken sauce was a little too spicy for her taste, so our server, without hesitation, offered to bring her a new one, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend the fried chicken and waffle, as well as the avocado toast. The space, which was recently renovated, was clean and inviting, and there were plenty of tvs around the large bar area. The bathrooms were also very well kept. Great restaurant! My husband and I shared the 14oz Tavern steak w/fries and broccoli. IThey split the meal for us and it was very good and cooked well. I’m not a fan of truffle fries, but they were okay to eat. Daughter ordered the Truffalo chicken Mac n cheese. Her response was good, but overdone w/the Buffalo sauce. Her boyfriend ordered the truffalo chicken pizza snd he liked it very much. This place seems like a Great ambiance restaurant to hang out and just drink as well. The service was quick and great. While the service and atmosphere are top notch, I can’t get behind this business’ response to the three star food reviews. The menu here is decent, and needs to have more variety. Please don’t take feedback and criticism as negative - it’s an opportunity to grow. Please add more options and appreciate the positive feedback. Used to be a great wood-fired pizza place, but I'd call this an improvement. Great service, great food, great people. What's not to like? Friend had the shrimp tacos, and they looked mouth,watering.
