Quality has degraded so much that I think the name of this place should be Level down instead of Level up. Below average food, worst hospitality. The servers need training on how to speak with customers. They acted as though it was extremely busy, when there were only 3-4 tables that were occupied. It was funny to look at though. 😂 Totally ruined the new years evening for us. This place used to be way better back then. Now it's just servers acting like owners and owner counting non-existent profit only.

Indoor dinning as well as roof top is available, food is good. It looks more beautiful at night time with all the lightening. Service provided by the restaurant is also good.The restaurant is at the first floor so you have to take the lift.

Recent visit seems to be little bit chaotic. Decorations r great... food is good.. but service is poor. When crowded...with changing waiters... they tend to repeatedly bring same order. At the end on cancellation.. they themselves became so agitated that they didn't processed further orders. Also they really need to improve on pork items.. which seems to barely cooked well.

Good view from rooftop around heart of dharan(Bhanu chowk). Pizza is mine favourite here, just amazing. Give your order early, most of the time food is not delivered on timely manner .
