Stopped in today while out traveling. The service is excellent and very friendly. the prices are great. I had the chicken sandwich combo with Cole slaw, and it was excellent. Ok if you expect chicken jerky half the time. Not sure if it is the cook or?? But literally half the time we end up with too much that just can't be chewed up! Kinda a disappointment when you've spent 30$ on a meal and live 15 miles from town. Cant just take it back 🙄 And the slaw tasted like it had been frozen. This place used to be great! The food and service was stellar. However within the last couple of months the quality of the food and the service has declined greatly. The corn on the cob used to have butter dripping out of the sleeve, now it is dry. The chicken used to be fresh and moist and now it is not. And the service was outstanding, but now you rarely get a thank you. I only hope the owner reads this. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I've been to alot of countries and alot of states and can say, Lee's in Berea, Lancaster and Danville, Ky make the best chicken I've ever had. They completely shame all the larger and better known places. The chicken is always fresh and tender with crunchy batter. They also offer spicy chicken, my favorite, along with the cole slaw and potato wedges. The staff are always friendly and helpful even with special requests. My wife and I don't like the cost or taste of most fast food but Lee's has nice folks, reasonable prices makes a great bird. I hate to say this because I REALLY LOVE coleslaw, BUT I think that their coleslaw was really awful!!! 😳 It was near closing time. Maybe that was the issue? The coleslaw was very "mushy". Just didn't taste "fresh" in ANY way. Sorry Lee's. My stomach is still hurting from the coleslaw I ate last evening at your restaurant. 😢

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered two 3 piece chicken tender meals one with mashed potatoes & gravy and a dp, second one was with potato wedges, mashed potatoes and pepsi. Then ordered a chicken sandwich meal with mashed potatoes & gravy and a pepsi. Everything was ok. Chicken was definitely good! However, they did not give us the sauce we asked for, actually no sauce, no napkins, no utensils, the potato wedges were very soggy and not fresh and our drinks had way too much ice! Barely anything to drink. Price was decent for the 3 of us though. About $27 for all of that. That was my first experience at this type of restaurant. Came thru today and the guy that served us was very rude, didnt even finish me n my husband's order and cut us off when talking and told us to pull up when we weren't finished then get to window and was very mean about when they forgot give our drink and acted like we didnt order one when it came with our meal. I usually never complain but Lee's you really need have a talk with employees especially new ones about rushing customers and gettting rude at the drive window.

Clean, neat and friendly staff. Only problem is that they are always out of something. Always. How does a FRC not have thighs on a Thursday night? Food tastes great though.
