Visited here and Rancho Originale and concluded the lechon is better here at El Mojito than Rancho Originale. The pork was juicy and the skin was crisp. The rice and beans were excellent. I will say it was difficult to order and read the menu if you do not speak spanish (I know this is my fault) but it is something to consider for non-Spanish speakers. Parking is plentiful across the street but you do have to cross a busy road without a crosswalk if you do not get one of the few spots next to the lechonera.

The food tasted good, but cold. The coconut mojito, that didn't taste like a mojito. The first employee treated us super, but the rest is another story. I'm not coming back

This is a local spot that several people told us we had to Visit. We got so many different dishes, they sell liquor and it’s all outdoor seating. It’s buffet style, so you point at what they want and they put it in the to go container. The stuffed pork was out of this world and thr fried plantains were my favorite. I did get a passion fruit beer which I personally did not like, but it was not horrible. It feels a little like a picnic vibe here so it’s not fancy. I suggest stopping by

The best lechón i had while in PR, although I went to only a few lechonarras. You have to put your order in on a preprinted menu, so check out the cafeteria style food choices before you put in your order. Once you know, circle what you want, and then wait in line. We got lechon, pasteles, battata, arroz con grandules, sweet plantains. LOUD in the eatng area, but there was a pretty drunk bus crowd there at the time. Hey, its island time.

Awesome food and very friendly staff. We didn’t know what we were doing but the staff helped us order and recommended food. The seating is out doors, but under covered roof. Watch out for tiny birds !
I’ve had the best port here !

Lechonera El Mojito is the first restaurant in your trip to Guavate, it has excellent traditional puertorrican food. The personnel and service is also excellent. Come and enjoy it 😉.

The food delicious! The roasted pork juice and with good flavor, the rice & morcillas (blood sausages)with oregano flavor soo good, pasteles (small size) but jummy!! Cool beers and drinks 🍸 🍹 🍻 🍺 DELICIOUS DESERTS flan and others... They also have a coffee shop....
**For the restaurant they have to work on the orders, A LOT PEOPLE line complain, because is slow the waiting NOT GOOD you made a line in the entrance, walk to the counter they ask what you would like to eat, write it on a ticket but to if you see other stuff is a pain because you has to wait to pay or ask the server and take more time, We like better the buffet style buy them serving & let them know what do you like, the portions that you wants is BETTER.....FASTER...
