The bad: forced gratuity even if you are getting it to go. I applaud owner's desire to pay a fair wage and provide benefits, but I'd be more inclined to pay higher price than to be forced to pay a gratuity on something I am getting "to go". The pastries are really good, but I find it hard to return or because of the forced tipping policy. If I sat down and had table service, I would be glad to tip and tip well. I tried the Croissanwich, bacon, eggs and cheese sandwich, and tarts here. The sandwiches and bread were delicious, but I was disappointed by the small size, just like my mug. I wouldn't have been disappointed if they had included a side salad. Also, the tarts were so hard that they were difficult to cut with a knife and to chew. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
