Nous sommes allées y déjeuner ma fille et moi hier. Nous avons partagé une entrée à deux (brie pané) et avons été un peu déçues de la quantité (2 petits morceaux), puis j’ai pris un bar (très bon) et ma fille une grande salade avec du poulet (bonne mais nous avons trouvé qu’il y avait trop de salade par rapport aux autres ingrédients pour le prix), puis j’ai pris des profiteroles. J’ai été très déçue parce que les choux étaient secs donc pas frais, ce qui est déplorable pour un établissement de ce standing…). J’ai donc demandé à la serveuse ( très gentille et à l’écoute) de m’en amener de nouveaux frais, ou de m’échanger ce dessert contre un café gourmand. Elle est revenue avec un café gourmand en m’informant que ce ne serait pas possible d’avoir des profiteroles aujourd’hui… j’en déduis donc que tous les choux étaient de la veille… mais comment est-il possible de servir ce dessert en sachant qu’il n’est pas frais ??? Heureusement le café gourmand était bon. Puis vient le moment de l’addition. Il y a eu une erreur, cela peut arriver: il m’a été compté les profiteroles et le café au lieu du café gourmand. On a donc voulu me rembourser (4,50 euros) mais le système ne fonctionnait pas pour re-créditer ma carte bleue. La serveuse a donc appelé sa responsable qui, en arrivant, avec un air hautain, a dit « c’est tout ? » en parlant de la somme que l’établissement nous devait (sous-entendu « on ne vous doit que ça ? Tout ça pour ça ? ») Nous avons été choqués de sa réaction, et n’avons eu aucune excuse de sa part. La serveuse s’est excusée. Nous attendions un meilleur service, voire un geste… Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
