My friend took me here. Freshly made Italian pasta is on the menu. I had handmade, authentic Italian pasta. We got a charcuterie platter (not pictured) and risotto. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it for a date or just dinner out with friends.

The owner is extremely dedicated to his dishes by how he explains the menu to us. And the food is just so great that we don’t wanna leave anything out. Highly recommend for those who love Italian cuisine (but no pizzas here)

This is a legit Northern style homemade Italian restaurant which is owned and operated by an Italian. The flavors are authentic and spot on! You must try the homemade pastas and homemade cold cut cheese and meats!!
The owner is very passionate about food and he loves to talk to his guests. He even went as far as personally sharing his favorite Italian restaurants at Ho Chi Minh City (by the way, I went to try those restaurants and they were amazing in their own way--kudos to the owner for sharing those restaurants). Anyhow, please give this place a try because you are only missing out on great homemade Northern Italian food when you are at Da Lat!

Tip - as the restaurant capacity is not big, you might want to inquire for advance reservations on weekends and to my understanding they’re only open for dinners.

Authentic Italian restaurant! The owner, who is Italian, personally walked me through the menu. They take pride in crafting their own cheeses and charcuterie in-house. I especially recommend the Artisan platter of cold cuts and cheeses. I can't wait to return and try the ossobuco."

This is one of the best Italian places I happened to visit and dine in Vietnam. Definitely recommend it to all fans of Italian cuisine. And it has a real fire place (the first one I see in Vietnam). Amazing atmosphere and a mix of cool autumn evening air and hot fire. The chef's food made us feel like home.

Le Alpi - Da Lat Restaurant is, in deed, the truest gem of Italian cuisine in Da Lat city.
Such a cozy place for a nice full-on dine-in night or even a casual swing-by diner when you're craving for some true Carbonara.
Everything Antipasto, from the cured meats to the tasty cheeses, are dedicatedly homemade to such fine artisanal level at the very Restaurant - owned and operated by Chef Francesco, a lovely and passionate Northern Italian himself.
Pasta and main dishes such as the Ossobuco are all truly authentic and attentive. And their new choice of steak is amazing!
I even visited the Chef guest session in Saigon for his special handmade Linquine al nero di seppia. Kudos to Francesco!
Give Le Alpi - Da Lat a try when you travel to the city, I do hope you will enjoy what the place and its people offer as much as I do.
The place is open from 5:00 PM till 10:00 PM, closed on every Tuesday. Give them a call for booking to enjoy Le Alpi - Da Lat's flavors!

From the excellent food, to the incredible wine selection, not to mention the beautiful fireplace for those cold Da Lat nights, Le Alpi is the place to go for a comfortable and delicious Italian evening.
