I ate dinner at Lafayette two nights in a row! Besides the friendly service and economical prices, the food was DELICIOSA! If your dinner plans don’t include a visit to Lafayette, you should make new plans! Lol Pictured below are my chicken mole enchiladas (emboladas?) and enchiladas Huastecas.
