Very cute location on the beach and delicious food. They have some great vegan/vegetarian options. I had the vegetable paella and vegetable wok and it was very good.

Delicia!

A wonderful restaurant on the beach. The menu is big and although there isn’t a veggie menu, upon my request I was offered a vegan paella, stir-fry, potatoes and salads. The lady explaining the vegan menu options was super nice! At the end I had a veggie stir fry and my partner had the catch of the day. It was all excellent!
Can’t really say anything bad about this restaurant with a breathtaking location. You sit right on the beach, getting mesmerized by the waves. The food is ok, they take credit cards only on high season, visa only. Drinks are very good 🍹
This was a serious surprise. Outstanding food, not rushed so enjoy your beer and the view! We had Ceviche ( unreal)...lenguado cooked in a clay o en so had a woody smoked flavour, crab cakes and calamari. Everything was so so good, the owners are lovely too. Can't wait to return!
Extremely slow service in general. The waitress was very nice–but that cannot be said for their food. Especially not in relation to their prices. The shrimps with garlic were absolutely awful: I couldn't finish them. They were drowned in a sauce that was saturated with incompatible spices and there was no taste of garlic. Everything had way too much salt and seasoning (the cazuela de mariscos, for example, and their rice). I would not recommend except if you want a drink with a view.
After traveling 3 months through Chile and Argentina we had the best seafood meal at La Proa. We asked the waiter for a recommendation and the grilled shark with potatoes lightly covered in an herb cream sauce and salad garnish was amazing. The location can’t be beat but having great food at such a great location is rare. We were lucky they were open as the sign said 12:00 to 17:00.
One of the very best seafood resturants on the whole coast! Gustavo the owner/chef does a great job and fresh local fish is his specialty. I had fresh Corvina Negra today. Absolutely awesome!
