I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Dulce Compañía, a coffee shop bakery located in the heart of Queretaro, and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the outstanding service to the delightful ambience, my experience was nothing short of amazing. However, what truly stole the show were the delectable offerings that left me in awe. Let's start with La Dulce Compañía's breakfast sandwich—it was simply phenomenal. The combination of flavors and textures was perfectly balanced, making every bite a delightful experience. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the sandwich was prepared with great care. It was a fantastic way to kick-start my day. Moving on to the pan dulce at La Dulce Compañía, it was a true masterpiece. The selection of pastries was extensive, and each one was a work of art. From the moment I laid eyes on the beautifully crafted pieces, I knew I was in for a treat. The pan dulce at La Dulce Compañía was incredibly fresh, with a delicate sweetness that was not overwhelming. Each bite revealed layers of exquisite flavors, showcasing the skill and passion of the bakery's artisans. Lastly, I must mention the croissants at La Dulce Compañía, which were simply A1. The flaky, buttery goodness melted in my mouth, leaving me craving more. The attention to detail was evident in their golden, perfectly baked exterior and the tender, airy interior. These croissants at La Dulce Compañía were truly a testament to the mastery of the bakery's craft. Not only was the food at La Dulce Compañía exceptional, but the service provided was top-notch. The staff members at La Dulce Compañía were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was memorable, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Moreover, the ambience of La Dulce Compañía added another layer of enjoyment to my visit. The cozy and inviting atmosphere, coupled with tasteful decor, created a welcoming space where I could relax and savor my treats. The attention to detail in creating an aesthetically pleasing environment at La Dulce Compañía did not go unnoticed. In conclusion, my visit to La Dulce Compañía, a Queretaro coffee shop bakery, was an absolute delight. The outstanding service, charming ambience, and mouthwatering array of offerings made it a standout experience. Unbelievably GOOD! After 2 months travelling around Mexico I have finally found the spot that serves great pastries. The Dulce de leche Cruffin was excellent. Crispy, light buttery pastry, with strong black coffee. There are 3 other sister business in town, a Bagel shop opposite, a pizza restaurant and larger cafe down the road. This is the central bakery with a small seating area. I will be trying the other places while I’m in Queretaro .

Excellent bakery, with friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere. The French-style pastries are the highlight—best croissant/laminated pastries in town, but everything is very good. I’m not as big fan of their sit down entrees, and some of the breads and desserts don’t hit the mark, but I feel like you can usually trust your eyes on those—having been there too many times, I can say that if it looks good it almost certainly is—the only exception across many trips was a mango/cream/meringue/croissant thing that while gorgeous was just too sweet for me.

Wow I was not expecting to find such an amazing Italian style bakery cafe in the middle of Mexico! Best in queretaro easily. Amazing almond croissant. Friendly staff. Perfect cafe to relax, it is nice and cool in the shade. Beautiful. Please come here. Update: The tiramisu was also good. I bought it at end of the day so it wasn't super fresh but that is unavoidable. If you're like me and think that you can find a Thai style iced tea in Mexico, then you better book a flight to Bangkok because Mexicans ain't big on their black teas or Thai cuisine. The kombucha is not that good. Not fizzy or strong flavour. It is a nice cool drink with some ice but I wouldn't recommend walking across town to buy this kombucha. I actually found a much better kombucha for almost half the price at cafe Monrovia .. I think that's how you spell it, also a nice cafe but it doesn't have nearly as many pasteries as this place. There are a few mosquitoes in the alleyway seating, take some repellant if you need. Also a bit unusual to have an open air toilet so close to where everyone is sitting. I personally prefer not to hear someone dropping bombs in the toilet while I eat my croissant on a Sunday morning. But that's just me.
