The Ruaka Falls garden area at the hidden away La Cascada Sports Bar are great, pool tables a d playing are better with real size tables, better than the local bar clubs but about 100 ksh per game so not the cheapest but worth it. Food was "fair" bar food and facilities interesting, not as classy as newer places, but it was really something in its day. We came for the falls, walking baths, and the pool. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The beauty of this place is outside in the garden. It's so calm and quiet. Very green and to top it all the waterfalls are lovely. It's perfect for relaxation. I took one star off because the amount of time it took them to bring my food is just unbelievable. It took almost an hour to get ugali, mbuzi, fries and beef to my table. Mbuzi wasn't well done by the way. I guess mine was just one of those bad days. However I will go back for the garden, the music inside the club and I will try the food again.

Unbelievable how there can be a waterfall in the midst of a busy town . Such a serene place to host a birthday/baby shower celebration. Their nyamachoma was really nice too.

Best service Best waiters a beautiful place to Do you meetings,take a family and place to Reluxe. Everything you need is there on time to the bar lady Sarah and Best waitress Lilian former Bartender and Violet nice job and thenkx for serving us well I really enjoyed being there to Kikuyu singer Sammy welder whom ihad him say while singing mugithi in a radio the singer big up

This is a gem tucked away from the bustle of the Ruaka shopping center. At the back is a paradise of a garden, complete with a water fall! The landscaping is amazing. They have a good selection of drinks at their bar and their nyama is delicious. This is a perfect place for a family outing, a party with your friends or even colleagues and wedding photoshoot...... The cool climate of the area makes it ideal for outdoor sitting.
