First of all this review has 2 stars for different reasons. Romania is a beautiful country with good food and tasty wines however we are talking about Italian food and a culture that need a lot of respect. I am happy with the lady at the phone for the reservation and was very polite. The interior of the restaurant is very elegant, sophisticated but I was disappointed by the cigarette smoke. I don't understand why there is no special smoking area, because there are even children at the tables. ( Please take as advice using a smoke extractor , there are non-smokers who would also like to visit). When ordering staff were very attentive but then we were left to our own devices 2⭐. The food was mainly ok 3 ⭐. Atmosphere was made warm by the live music 4 ⭐. Arriving at the end of my review please take a few moments to think about people including children health regarding smoking. Food is great, but ruined by all the smoking done inside. Also they try to be too pretentious by bringing beef on a hot plate at the table and cutting it there. It just makes more smoke and awkward waiting for your food. They should ask if you want that experience or not. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

A restaurant that wants to be classy & posh, compared with other places. Yes, the restaurant has a great location-near Cancicov Park, the terrace is exquisite-stylish furniture, aquarium & alive seafood to be picked & cooked on the spot. The taste of food is decent, but very, very pricey. Upon my visits to Bacau, I've had some dinners here. Over the years, they became a bit greedy, and it seems too much for what the restaurant & staff can offer to the customers. There are a decent variety of meals to choose from, drinks too (must try the house melon drink). The stars given are for the ambient and love for seafood. Some details could be improved (cleaning, staff etiquette). We came here to have some fish and sea food which was just ok. The waiter was nice and that is the reason I gave a three stars. But when you enter the restaurant there is dog sleeping, not sure what is the point of that or its role there. We sat a table where there was lots of hair on the table cloth. Another bad thing was that people were smoking indoors at almost every table. Since 2016 people in Romania are not allowed to smoke indoors in public places.

Went there in January and had to keep my jacket on. Heaters were out of gas and only some small electric heaters were on. Smoking inside also bothers me. If usually this is a open terrace on summer, during winter when glassing is raised up smoking shouldn't be allowed. Food and service were ok. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
