Awesome place, Great staff. I have been looking for a elbow burger for a while now. If you dont know what a elbow burger is, it's a big messy burger that's really good! And boy did I find it! I was getting my car inspected at deals in lowell and a mechanic walked out with a burger in his hand that looked so good. I asked him where he got it from and he told me Fletchers! I went straight there when I left. I got me a double cheeseburger and my husband a double cheeseburger and I got a BBQ plate for us to share later. When I tell you the double CB was so big you cant even bite it. It was HUGE! It was 5lbs of meat in 2 burgers I bet. They were delicious also! We ate on 2 burgers and 1 BBQ plate for 2 days! I hate Kyle Fletchers is so far from me or I would be there every day! I also got a pic of them smoking the meat on site.! I cant say enough about this place. It's a must if you haven't been yet! I have been there once and I'm sold, it's my now go to place and I Love it!!! Called Kyle Fletchers in a pinch for an event and they were able to have my order ready on short notice. The day of the event I went to pick up the food at 3:30, not realizing they closed at 3:00 on Saturday. I called the restaurant and luckily they answered and told me to come by and pick it up. I get there at 3:45 and they were more than accommodating even though they had to wait on me. Not only was the pricing excellent, the customer service they provide is absolutely amazing, and everyone loved the BBQ at our event. Kyle Fletchers has me as a customer for life! The BBQ at Kyle Fletcher's is amazing western NC style BBQ - just remember to BRING CASH. When dining in they give you generous portions of BBQ and side items. The restaurant is in an old building that's quite small, but it's in buildings like this where you find the best BBQ. The fat content in their chopped BBQ is really low. This makes a huge difference when you reheat your leftovers. High fat content leads to greasy reheated BBQ but you won't have that problem here - just heat and eat! Their smoked sliced turkey is also really good - tender with a nice smokiness to it. The only item that I don't like at Kyle Fletcher's, and the main reason I gave them four stars instead of five, are the ribs. They are terrible. The first time I tried a $13 half rack I thought they were awful with way too much fat, way too little meat, and not enough seasoning. Working through all the fat to find those tiny smidges of meat is not even close to being worth it. The other menu items are so good that I thought the bad ribs had to be a fluke so I tried them a second time. I was disappointed when I realized they were just as bad, and maybe even fattier, than the first time. Kyle Fletcher's does not accept credit/debit cards. It's a cash only establishment so that's the reason for the reminder above to bring cash. Recently switched phones and lost my pictures of the food.

Food could be better not cooked to order and then sat out for pick up..food was Luke warm almost cold and wasn’t prepared as mentioned to the order. Gave instructions on the order, owner gave a very rude look when mentioning the service and food preparation. Always the last to receive our food and last to get a table, diner is way to small, only standing room only. Have to call in sometimes when busy. The waitresses are nice most the time but can sometimes get attitudes when mentioning the service or food order. If your looking to wait, this is the restaurant to do it in..have to be very patient and curtious just to get a ok meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Tried the sliced beef plate and chopped pork plate. Chopped pork was smoky and tender with bits of bark. BBQ beans were really good, sweet and smoky. Slaw was vinegar based, perfect for bbq. The sliced beef was turrible to say the least. Super dry and no flavor. It was bottom round, not brisket. I returned it and they swapped it for the chopped pork which was fine. The service was quick and friendly. Those ladies do a bang up job! I will be back!
