First time here the waiter was so polite n the service super quick ordered the lunch #1 red curry it was delicious the Thai tea was great n the pot stickers were the best I ever had crispy n soft in one . I totally will be coming back .

Kwan Tip Thai is a decent restaurant for Thai dishes. I usually order chicken or beef Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Basil Fried Rice. Sometimes, I ordered the Crispy Trout with Salad. All are pretty good. The papaya salad needs some improvement. The restaurant calls it Laos-style papaya salad, served with shredded papaya, tomato, carrot, and cabbage. There is no crab paste, no lime taste (not sour), and it is super salty. That's not the Laos style I had at other Laos/ Thai restaurants. The fried chicken wings would go well with the papaya salad, but it's chewy and needs more seasoning. We got the sticky rice, and it's always good. My wife and I order food from Kwan Tip Thai regularly, and I wish they could make improvements in the cooking and the attention to detail when taking customers' orders. We phone-ordered the beef pad see ew, for example and got the chicken pad see ew instead. Looking for a great Thai food near federal, this is the best place to go for a good dinner. Ordered Deep fried spring roll, green bean with garlic tofu for appetizer. Mixed veggies stir fried rice had a great flavor. Main course - Pineapple fried rice, regular fried rice and red curry rice. Drink - strawberry lemonade, mango lemonade and jasmine tea. Do try their red sauce if you like it spicy. The food was so good and flavorful. Quantity is little. One meal for each. Ambience is fantastic. I am never disappointed when I order from this restaurant. I love my food extremely spicy and ordering 5 stars from here never ceases to be right on target. The Crispy Garlic Chicken and Pad Thai are my go to meals, but everything they do is flavorful and so satisfying. I highly recommended. My wife and I decided to try out this small casual Thai restaurant while we're shopping in the area yesterday. The food was really delicious; we both considered it excellent. My wife had chicken with green beans, and I had chicken with red curry sauce. The flavors were rich and subtle, and the food was cooked perfectly. We highly recommend Quan Tip Thai.

While other restaurants skimp on quality and quantity. This unassuming spot dishes out really good fresh Thai cuisine. The tofu pad thai was one of the better meal I had in a long time. Lunch and dinner very reasonably priced.

The BEST Thai food for a 1000 miles. This is it folks. This is by far the best Thai food in any direction anywhere around! Stop in at any time and see what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed. The panang is out of this world. The pad Thai sets the standard for pad thai. The pad see uw is off the charts. All of the menu items are incredible. I've tasted nearly all of them. Kwan tip is the best. This coming from someone who has tasteed actual Thai street food in Bangkok. Just try it and you will see.
