I've been to several Krispy Kremes, and this one in Toledo, Ohio on Secore, is definitely number ONE! Nayla was OUTSTANDING when it came to customer service!! She was polite and patient for customers like me who can't decide, lol. 5 stars for you to Nayla!! Every worker was busy doing their jobs, and the place was exceptionally clean!! Management is definitely doing their jobs here! Oh, and of course,the doughnuts were fresh off the press.

One thing I don’t like is a rude person at their job. The lady that’s working at chicken part don’t need to work there. The lady with the black purple and blue braids mad that orders are coming in for food but lady u are working at a restaurant so what else. Then I saw a empty container on the floor she picked it up and put it back on the clean ones. Then she got buns to make the chicken sandwich and she dropped one of the breads put it to the side then when she thought no one was looking put it right on the plate so o make the sandwich she is nasty for that so if u ordered a chicken sandwich on 3/8/24 around 12 noon she dropped your food on the ground and kept making it Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My other half and I went into the location here on Secor Rd on New years day. And let me tell you the service was amazing I wish I would of caught her name but she had amazing customer service from a hot glazed donut and made up some stellar lattas.
