The staff are so rude and are not dutiful. The bank is under new staff who are unaware of rules attached with needs of clients. The bank staff don't hold incredibility. They only talk about laws. To the same documents issued few months ago from the same branch, the new and unskilled worker of this branch claim not to be valid. So i give it just a single star. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed from their work.
