Love this place! It's the perfect place for Breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff could do a better job at being more attentive. The options may be light but the flavors are strong! Plus, the kids love coming here! Have always had a great experience at kneaders before this. It was always fast and friendly service and good food and pastries. But this time the guy at the register took forever to figure out how to work it , and he seemed clueless in how to get things correct. Also the ladies in the back were just walking around looking at their phones and not helping at all. After taking 8 more order the same guy went to the back and got our order while the ladies just kept talking and messaging on their phones. We order pastries and it took them 40 minutes to get it all together and to us. There were 5 workers there and 8 customers. When I moved to Utah one of the first restaurants I visited was Kneaders. I can tell you first hand that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited in my life (not exaggerating). Their food is delicious and healthy, their deserts are unreal, and their staff was so friendly that one of the managers became a close friend. I would recommend this place to anyone! When you come try the Moose Domes, I will leave one for you.

We live in Vernal and always stop to bring dessert home. Nov 14 we stopped by and got 3 pieces of pumpkin cheesecake, 2 fruit tarts and a loaf of cinnamon bread. The girl that waited on us was very unfriendly and kinda rude. The pastries were all very stale and we were very disappointed, it’s expensive. My husband paid with our card, Carroll Estes. Please make this right by sending a gift card or reimbursement on our debit card. We love to bring treats home but were dissatisfied. I always get the turkey bacon avocado on Asiago bread and noticed that the price went up from $10 to $12. That’s fine I understand restaurants have to adjust their prices but what I’m not ok with is the size of the sandwich is about half the size it used to be. My boyfriend & I came in to get soup & we both ordered. Waited for about 15 minutes ( which we didn’t mind) but when we got our order they brought mine out, & said they didn’t have the soup he ordered. My soup came out cold. There was guests waiting to be helped while they cleaned. I get it’s Friday night & they want to get out of here. I was a teenager in food once too. But they should know when they run out of something & not bring cold food out. Especially when they don’t close for two more hours. It may be awhile before we come back. 3 pm on Saturday, Oct 7. No long lines. No tasting bread, no paper towels in bathroom, not a single clean table. We asked to have a table cleaned. Nope. If the tables are filthy, what's the kitchen like? Watched both cashiers just visit with each other, hands in pockets. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.
