Crowded and lon Q. Maybe its weekend plus Divali holiday. Did not patron here because long waiting, decided visit its branch which just a 1 KM away. The cleanliness so so, waiter simply wipe dirty table with wet cloth, not even a detergent or cleaning chemical use to clean the table, simply swipe table leftover on the floor. Then few minutes later another waiter came to swipe the floor again.
Food is fast serve, food credit to nasi lemak, well delicious, but the coffee, mm... so so, not cofee-aromatic.

Kaya butter bun and toast was awesome with the butter and Kaya ratio to bread being generous. The bun was really soft and went well with the butter. Though I would prefer the toast to be slightly more toasted.

Butter Kaya Bun
You can have toast bread, toast bun or wheat bun. Half boiled egg is done nicely, toast buns has enough salted butter and kaya. Kopi is kao and instant ones are available for purchase too with choices of 3 in 1, 2 in 1 etc.

A local guy told us to get here instead of queuing for hrs at the main railway station branch. Hardly any queue here! Clean & organized. Food is so so, Kluang coffee’s strong if one likes it that way, but quite a lot of ways one can have the coffee. Nice place to have light brunch or evening coffee.
very bad service at rail coffee jalan duku old mosque kampung kluang, usually I go to rail coffee taman tasik even though they are tired they still give good service, back to the story of rail coffee jalan duku they sent us the wrong food I ordered waffles with ice cream and strawberry jam, but I got chickenchop rice and when I asked the staff, they blamed us for writing the wrong cod on the menu and after that the male Chinese staff forced us to accept the food, I still stand by my stance that I want waffle ice cream with jam strawberry, and they gathered by themselves not far from our table and looked at us as if we were the wrong ones, and after that two Malay staff, a woman and a man, came to blame us for writing wrongly, and when I got a waffle, it was only a waffle with coconut ice cream. while I ordered a waffle with strawberry jam and ice cream, I was too lazy to mess up the situation I just received, what I want to say is please don't be rude to the customer even if you are tired, and after the customer makes the order check first with the customer whether the food is correct or not ordered, thank you so much for giving us such a bad service.
