Went to pick up flowers on Valentine’s day, the price sign directly above the bucket of flowers below it said one price, then the flowers rang up for $8 more at the register. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who was nice but I could tell she was hesitant about honoring the price marked above the flowers. She ended up honoring the price sign because it was the store’s error, not mine; I even offered to show her the sign they have above the flowers that apparently was incorrect, but they said it wasn’t necessary. One of the managers with short blonde hair made a snide remark to the cashier that I should have just read the price tag on the flowers, because it reflected the correct price on the bouquet. I wanted to say something to her because I found it to be so unbelievably rude, but didn’t want to make a scene. I could not believe this woman was blaming me for an error on their part. I work in retail, I know my way around a department store and how to read signs; the woman with the short blonde hair was acting like I was stupid. It wasn’t my fault that the signs were wrong, and I should not be expected to double check the price written on every individual item I pick up at a store. The manager was blaming me for their error to her co worker, which is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I even showed one of the managers where the incorrect price sign was DIRECTLY above the item and she did not remove it; they just left the wrong sign up and didn’t care. This was my first and last time ever going to this location. You’d expect far more professionalism from the workers when the pricing issue was on them, not me. Never experienced something like that in my life regarding customer service.
I only come to this king soopers sometimes when it’s closest. Today was one of the worst service ever. First my friends and I go to self check out and this lady start coming up super close behind each and everyone of us while we are paying individually. She then proceeds to start staring us down like we stole something. This behavior isn’t acceptable and is extremely rude as we were just getting some food. Please train your workers better next time I’ll call a manager to even look at my damn receipt.

Well stocked and moderately priced grocery store in the Broomfield area. We visit this store every week and have always found good deals compared to other grocery stores. The staffs at the counters are cordial and very helpful

Very friendly and helpful employees on the night shift. Day shift is a little harassing to be honest. Overly helpful and nosey, almost accusatory in fact! Overall as long as I shop at night they have what I need and stayed well stocked!

The king Suppers Pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible! Rude , they lie to you and they just seem to struggle to do their jobs. The text me to come pick up my meds, and when I get there they do t have them in stock. They have done this three months in a row. I just don't trust this pharmacy. I will be moving to a new pharmacy with a different company.

The worst experience I've ever had in any King Soopers. I walked around this store three times and no one ever asked me for help two employees that I asked if they could locate a product I was looking for simply said they don't know. Every King Soopers I've been in before when you ask an employee for help they will walk with you and locate the product for you if you don't know where it is not at this King Soopers

I have been a KIng Soopers customer for many years. Over the past several months, the experiences at the King Soopers in my area have declined in their customer service. On the last several occasions of shopping at our Broomfield locations, we have had to "watch like a hawk" to make sure that the advertised "specials" or Digital Coupons that have been loaded onto our King Soopers Card ACTUALLY give the discount at the end. How pathetic to use such "Bait and Switch" tactics through advertising and it not being correctly calculated at the register. Since regular checkouts and cashiers are virtually non-existent or scarce anymore and the customer cannot see what items are being scanned on a screen and discount given, we have been using the self-checkouts. That experience is even worse! Today was the last straw. I scanned and attempted to purchase 5 items. 5...only 5 and the register came up with a notice "5 items- Help is on the way". REALLY? I didn't ask for help and all 5 items were scanned. This has been happening consistently at every King Soopers location where I have shopped. I know that it is difficult to get people to actually input the correct pricing adjustments into the system each week, but if you are going to offer it, it should be done. Otherwise, it's false advertising. As someone who started a career in the 1970's in a grocery store and worked in financial fields for many years, this is offensive. Even more offensive was the attitude of the person monitoring the registers. I looked around and they were nowhere in sight. Upon arrival finally, she said "Well, it says 5 items. Is that what was scanned? What was the last item scanned?" And proceeded to look through the bag and the screen to make sure I wasn't trying to "Pull a fast one" on King Soopers. I was about to ask if they would like to do a "shake down". I get it that store robberies with people walking out of the store without paying for items is on the rise and rampant. However, don't forget about us who choose to work for our money and spend it honestly in stores that value our business. You ARE overlooking us - your loyal customer base. Signed, Had Enough and Offended
Was disappointed to hear a manager getting upset with a high school who is also going to community college for needing to change work time to accomodate ONE class. Sounds to me like the issue isn't people not wanting to work, but management being inflexible.

Normally this store has everyone cleared out from their deli/seafood/meat department by 5:00 pm. You can’t find a soul! But I was shocked to learn that they would close their meat and seafood at 3:30 on New Years Eve Day. Allow me to both say that this is unacceptable and to qualify my statement by saying I am a 10 year produce grocery worker. This store is right in our neighborhood, but we will will not continue to shop here if the management cannot figure out how to cater to the basic needs of their customer base. Figure it out.
I am so impressed with King Soopers Floral Department with Anna and Carol. I received one of the best bouquets for my birthday in mid December. This is the most well created white floral arrangement I have ever had, and it was delivered! The far right picture was taken 10 days later, it still looks amazing and it still blooming. I am so impressed and now I have found my new favorite floral shop. Thank you ladies, it blew away my expectations. We are still enjoying it's beauty.
