I popped in last night for a chance to see the bar. They were closing, but I was welcomed very graciously and had a chat with them about the bar. They were very accommodating and gave me the information that I was looking for. I will rate the food etc when I go back again but I was very impressed by the owners. I went back for a meal and I was welcomed back by the owner. I was shown around and the bar has a lot more to offer than I expected. A venue hall, an awesome play area for children, pool tables and a great large bar area. I ordered steak, egg and salad. The meal was delicious and prices reasonable. I will definitely be going back. Not only are the staff the most friendly ...the food is really nice. Looking for a bite to eat...I recommend the steak, egg and chips. Good music, dance floor and big screen to watch the rugby on. The wife appreciates the clean bathrooms. Also has a beautifully laid out area setup for functions. Ps. Biker friendly

3 pool tables... dance floor and a bar.... best place i have been to in a long time

This is a hidden jem .. I cannot recommend this place high enough.. it was a privilege to meet the owner Lisa and have a few ice cold beers there ... homely friendly environment beautifully decorated and each piece and painting has a unique back story ... this is a pub that is more than just booze and music it's one of the best places to go for a few drinks on the east rand ...

The bar and surroundings were clean and in decent condition. The beer was reasonably priced, although there were no beers on tap. My biggest gripe was that the staff had their toddler children with them, this was 100% not the right environment to have them in.
