Please update your trading hours. You open at 11 am not 9am as it says on your website that's misleading information i got there and gad to wait for 11am. Other than that your Chicken is the most delicious in all of Durban. It's literally finger licken good.

If there was an option I'll give you zero star. It's like you cook your KFC a day before and then when a customer comes you put in the microwave and sell it. Highly disappointed for the second time. KFC is very nice when it fresh but yours is hard and not fresh. It tasteless. Waste of money
On the 27 September 2022. I proceeded to go collect my order placed via the app from KFC Waterloo.
Firstly no manager was present at the time.
Secondly the lady that assumed the managers position. Had no clue how to deal with an online order. I paid via paygate using my FNB card. Yet she insisted I did not pay,eventhough I showed her proof via a bank statement and the banking app. I asked her several times then where is my money. Since the transaction stated "KFC Waterloo ". She was both rude and incompetent. The value of the order is meant to be indicated here,but I paid for absolutely nothing. I did not receive my order but rather an unforgettable experience,of racism and incompetence.
Thirdly if you are non black,you will be harassed at this restaurant. While at the pick up counter,someone at the till standing in line threw a piece of paper at my brother,while the 'manageress of the moment' was speaking to us. My brother walked towards the pay point and asked who had thrown the receipt. The group of three clearly intoxicated men threatened to beat him. They could intimidate other customers because no security was present,until the confrontation began to escalate.
The staff did nothing,no camera footage was looked at to see who threw the paper. And only one security guard was present. Why were these individuals allowed in?Why were they not thrown out? Why were they allowed to intimidate others? Are non blacks not allowed at this restaurant?
When I went back to the pick up counter to speak to the lead lady of the moment. The staff were murmuring racial slurs.
I still have not received my money back,as they have stated they do not know where it is. My bank has stated that it's sitting in KFC Waterloos bank account on reserve. Due to me not getting the order I purchased,as they stated I did not pay.
Do not use the app and opt to collect from this particular restaurant. They are incompetent, rude and racist.
It is also extremely unsafe with the security guard letting intoxicated people in,and they are allowd to harass those that are non black as they are supported by the staff.
It's the first time I have ever experienced such incompetence,and been discriminated because of the colour of my skin.
KFC Waterloo is unsafe!and has rude incompetent staff. It doesn't even deserve the one star. It's barely operational at an adequate level with no manager present.

I always hv great experience with this kfc ...the meat is good, stuff are great with great service n the way they do milkshake it's my favorite so I know a good one when I taste it n it is great...love love love ...plz promote this stuff cz wow
