This place is a great place for lunch, the food is delicious. The food is pretty standard, which I like, but the place is not clean. I don't mean to criticize anyone. Everyone takes responsibility. The workers are also very nice. If everyone can help each other, I believe it will attract more customers. I'm not saying there are no customers right now, but for me I'm saying it can be improved even better. I will come to this place again as the price is fair enough for me. Best fries in town. The chickens are always good. But other foods are usually a hit or miss. Great customer services as they are extremely friendly and understanding. Just beware of the long wait if you order anything other than chicken pieces or fries. I highly recommended to dine in and enjoy the food while they are still warm. RECOMMENDED.

Visited Bintulu Times Square.. KFC, not much customers.. SOP still enforced.. everything ok but until staff push the rubbish bags on trolley passed us to go thru the front door which I personally felt was wrong.. should be thru the back door..even if its lock for SOP reasons, should be discussed with building management.. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I saw someone staff her neck full of love bite. Actually she is a girl 😂. Very disgusting. Why dont the people above scold her? Its a shame that so many people see it. Really embarrassing. If you can, please reprimand ,she okay. This is all I want to comment here. Its the frst time okey . Btw kfc stll the best . But pls kalau boleh reprimand she oky? Very embarrassing .

Ordered two sets of "3 pieces golden butter cereal chicken" but instead getting the two sets of two pieces. The price range is far different. Have to divide the chicken as it is not enough for everyone. I hope they can improve this, as foodpanda apps can't give direct comments and feedback, I think this is the only medium to complain. (Order number: #q2be-9yi8) Please improve your service and be more careful in preparing orders:)

This is not my first time here. And this is not my only complaints. This time they are lucky because I went there to do my takeaway order. Ordered original go bowl, no cheese sauce inside? Wth. This is the real false advertisement. Outlet lain boleh je bagi yg sempurna sifat.

The fried chicken are still raw and you can smell the stinky smell of the chicken. Not to mention it's cold also. Wasting my money to eat at that kfc branch.
