I can see alot of bad reviews was during their early opening. Mainly on bad services.
This is my 1st time coming to dine here and it was 2.10pm weekday. My experience so far, is good. Maybe they did improve or maybe cos there are less people now. If there are alot of customers waiting, no matter which place, it will be the same.
I can't judge based on previous old reviews but I would suggest to read the review and recent one.
I got my meal fast and they willingly help me to change to chicken breast (I'm into gym 😛).
You try it again and see how it is, sometimes it depends on the manpower of the staff.
Good experience, so I give full stars, except the atmosphere, kinda empty.

It is a new KFC.. most of the time you wont be able to get the pieces requested(its ok acceptable) but missing orders once you check at home is something not ok.. always check your orders before leaving.. not sure if its only for me the taste is not same as other outlets..

I have not eaten KFC for more than a year already, and I went here recently cause trying to find something fast to dine in and go. I ordered the zinger burger set, wedge (Cheezy option not available on the kiosk), original fried chickens, and chicken nuggets set. all this cost about RM50++
the taste was very bland. the nuggets doesn't taste like nugget at all, the fries which comes together with the burger taste bland and dry. it was so disappointed. my kids even cannot finish their food although they were hungry and nuggets and fries where their favourite. the only thing that was okay is the burger.
not sure if only this branch having bad food quality, but I think KFC will be my last choice starting now.

Received great experience from this branch. My delivery got cancel by food rider and the staff ready to compensate with some offer.
Upon arriving at home, the chicken size and parts esp. thigh is bigger compared to other nearby branch at Bangi area. All look freshly cook. Thank you. I enjoyed my iftar nicely. Keep it up.

I bought the chicken tender set, and the chicken was undercooked, kinda raw i would say. Worst quality. KFC, what the hell happened to you and why your food quality is going down the drain?

Food is terrible made me very very sick as they gave raw chicken and idk if it’s there hygiene problem but got selmonella eating from here it’s pricey comparing to other fast food like McDonald’s better to just eat there

Bought cheezy wedges today. And when I got home, very dissappointed because the cheezy sauce is so less it is like not even there. Please improve the service and train your staff. Tq

this new KFC branch deserve no star!
1. Serve my overnight chicken at 8pm.
2. Chicken, burger and wedges with super salty taste. I wonder how many times this branch recycle their added salt cooking oil. Can really trigger my BP.
3. Long waiting. No longer categories as fast food. Should classified as superb slow food.
4. Serve me bitter soft drink. end up I have to offer staff the drink. Now you enjoy it.
Note: My order at 8pm... so expect la fresher/new chicken instead of overnight. Apa la manusia ni buat kat sana.
