I decided to try the new smashed potato bowl, it's $3.49. I thought it came with chicken nuggets, the person taking my order in drive through asked me if I wanted the chicken nuggets. I said yes, she proceeds to tell me my total was over $7.00. I was shocked. I said to skip the chicken. I asked how many pieces of chicken nuggets come on the bowl, she said 5. That is .80 cents per piece if chicken nugget. $4.00 more. The person working the window was mad that I said "I will not pay four dollars for 5 pieces of chicken nuggets. It's not very good. The people that work here are usually really nice. Our online order wasn't showing up and despite me showing their manager(Chris) the entire order and receipt online he told me to call the customer service number online to get the problem resolved. No worries Chris. We went to Popeyes and then went home and called in to get a refund from KFC since it was indeed placed at your store. Next time don't be so rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On e or twice a year I decide to try KFC again. Every time, I’m reminded why I don’t come here more often. This time I ordered online. App said my order would be ready at 11:20, then said my order was ready. I showed up at 11:25 just to have them tell me they are “waiting on chicken” and it has 11 minutes left to cook. I make frequent 90 mile drives to this area and back home often during mealtime. This KFC is perfectly located for my needs. The food is classic KFC and the carport employees are very polite and helpful. However, on my last trip I needed to use the inside facilities and was disgusted with the restroom (for employees as well) to a point that I won't be back.
