Drove to Stoughton from Evansville to get chicken. Paid for it and drove back home with only half our order and chicken that was obviously cooked more than once. It was hard as a rock!!! Ordered original and we opened the bucket to rock hard breading and meat!! No biscuits, no sides other than potatoes. Never again!!! We drove back and demanded fresh food!! Ate taco bell at this combo restaurant and it's the worst Taco Bell I've had in quite some time the beans were so dry they had to have been from this morning I asked for no tomatoes and of course there were tomatoes no biggie I just picked them off but the pita bread for the chalupas was hard and crispy way over cooked and old and since when does taco bell charge .40¢ for fire sauce I could see after so many being charged maybe .10 or .20¢ per packet but .80¢ for 2 packets is ridiculous. When I arrived at the restaurant and ordered my food, I was expecting the best quality cheese as the law requires, but what I got was something entirely different. The mac and cheese was of a lower quality than what is legally allowed to be served in restaurants in Wisconsin. KFC did not meet the required quality standards when it served me this mac and cheese, and as a result, has violated the law. I have included an image of the food product in question below. According to the Wisconsin Cheese Grading Standards, this food product does not meet the requirements to be served in a restaurant. The cheese is of a lower quality than what is legally allowed, and as a result, this chicken company has violated the law. We should be compensated for this violation, up to $1500 as per the law. Visited KFC last night for the first time in I wan to say 2 months and was pleasantly pleased the food was phenomenal the staff was a little slow but they also told me that they were all new and learning which I can appreciate this place is definitely turning around it is a bit pricey Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Twice we went to kfc and they had no chicken. Mind you we have gone 4 times total. Now over 2 years later. We see advertisement that there is new management. Got a coupon flyer in the mail. Thought why not lets try and support our local kfc again. Yep get there sunday at 4:00pm. And they are closed. I guess that is better then saying they have no chciken. This place never has what it advertises. No blackberry lemonade and it's new. They don't serve the freezes. Constantly reminding them for senior discount when I don't have to at the other ones. The gentleman helping us was amazing!!!! But the food tasted like it was from the day before and we were there at 5:30pm. Chicken nuggets were so hard couldn't even eat and they were for our grandsons. The regular chicken was way over done also. Never going to Stoughton KFC again. We went about 8:30PM on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. The staff happily answered my questions reguarding a few menu items. When we recieved the food, it was hot. Tasted just what I imagine their food is supposed to. No issues! *ordered $5 chalupa Box and the $5 Nachos Grande Box (minus guacamole) -I dont mind the stuff on the lid of the box, as there was another box atop it and i realize it happens.
