I asked for a 2 piece dinner to eat in and the charge was about $8 While waiting for my order I asked about the buffet cost and she said it was $9- $1 more than a two piece. The cashier should.have suggested that Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Did an on-line order to speed up the process, waited in parking lot for 20 minutes till the appointed time given, waited in drive thru for another 20 minutes for my order. It doesn't take 20 minutes to cook chicken, especially when your lobby is empty and you've only had 3 cars on drive thru in 45 minutes. The waitress Katonia Norfleet is the most delightful person to the customers. Her attentiveness to the dining room customers is so enjoyable 😉! There needs to be more cheerfulness in other nearby businesses. Her Manners and etiquette is so delightful. We will return just to be greeted by her. I sat down with my significant other and had the buffet. All you can eat and unlimited refills on drinks for less than $20 for two people. The value is amazing. There are both thighs and breasts from which to choose. The meat was tender and juicy. There are various sides including several kinds of beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn, and several others. The value is absolutely unsurpassed. Nowhere else will you get the amount and quality of food for such a low price. You are getting UNLIMITED CHICKEN! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So normally I just wouldn’t say anything but normally i don’t regret eating at a place every time I go unfortunately that is exactly what I’ve came to expect, every time I go threw the drive threw not once in the past 4-5 visits have I not had to pull up and wait for something as simple as a 3 pc tender meal just to get it without sauce even tho it’s on the receipt and advertised as part of the meal, the fries will be cold or rubbery and the biscuit is just miserable, overall the place needs a wake up call the location itself looks trashy to begin with, but lastly if your in Washington kfc is not the place to go Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
