This kfc outlet is located at a very nice place near river jhelum. The layout of the outlet is very nice and appealing. A lot of space outside is available, in addition to the three halls with ample seating, for eating purposes. Food quality here was a bit compromised. Burgers were not up to the mark as usually we get at main cities outlets. Fried chicken was also not like as we get at main cities. Some of the chicken pieces were heavily infused with spices inside, whereas some pieces were totally spice less. Food order preparing and delivery screen was showing order numbers being prepared and ready to serve. I kept seeing screen for my turn, and when my turn came, suddenly it disappeared from screen altogether. I asked at counter, and they replied we are not delivering as per screen, you have to stand in queue to get food that you ordered. Service staff otherwise were cooperative and helping.

Shared a meal with family. Chicken was crispy and hot. Their fountain drinks were flat though. This KFC location was super busy due to EID holidays. Staff was helpful.

Very poor service. Unfriendly staff and unorganised. Only found one person on till being helpful, rest seems to be not interested in what they were doing, resulting in long queues. Menu board were not very informative, people were asked to look on the phone if they want to know about menu. Due to some renovations going inside, it was complete chaos.

They are best in wings, i would recommend their sweet chilli Thai sauce and Tangy masala sauce . I would like to advise all of you to never try buffalo sauce because this sauce is very spicy you will be not able to eat i was disappointed from this but still giving them 5 star because of other things. The staff are good and friendly too.

🍗 KFC taste is fine as per their standard but staff attitude & behaviour is so bad that you don't feel like going back to same store.

Worst Service, Majority of staff doesn't even know how to behave with customer, 0 education to Staff on customer dealing. Mcdonalds is way better than KFC in customer dealing.
We have no other option as there's only one branch of KFC in Jhelum. 3 counters are made but only one is working and queue is alomst of 10+ persons.
