Place is under new management and everything is better. Kaden and Jackson are doing a great job. I ordered and paid and had my food all within about 3 minutes, and they were very polite. Missed a few pieces on my order and called it in and they remade a whole new order. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Staff are friendly and nice. I've been a manger of fast food for 10 years and I would fail this place on a inspection, it was so dirty inside and when I got my food it was burnt I asked when the last time they changed there oil out and the lady told me 2 months ago. I asked if I could get diffrent chicken and they did give it to me burnt again. Then when I went to open my mash taters there was a fly in it okay I was done if I was the manger of this place I would be doing a 180 some staff nice, the manger I don't know they got made at me for me being upset about the fly in my taters are you kidding me that's why my inlaws told me not to go to that KFC I know why now. I ask for extra gravy every time and never get it. This looks more like light gravy to me. Staff is rude as well. I asked for sure if there is extra gravy on my bowl and they gave me rudely reply of yes. Got home and once again, no extra gravy. I better start checking before leaving the restaurant. My dad hates this location because they are almost always out of chicken, their main food 😂

It’s 9:24pm close time is 10pm and lobby hours 10pm and closed? Then I’m ordering $80 worth of food and they lady says I’m not making no more chicken tonight? Talk about great customer service on top of all that they want no money? This is a joke!!! Never go here they want no business!!!
