The service is bad, the self-service orders don't appear on the screen, and they don't call out orders, by the time you collect, it is cold. The food at this branch isn't good. The meat is sometimes not fully cooked and full of oil. Cleanliness isn't a priority. You can order a Krusher, milkshake whatsoever drink and the top of the cups aren't wiped, the residue will be all over the lips of the cup. KFC Namakgale needs to improve their customer service and should prioritize customers, if something is finished or not there they must let us know and not on collection after waiting for a long time as well... As if it was not enough, the cashier took her time to refund me while having a conversation with a colleague...🤯
