No chicken even in cabinet at 7:49, and doors locked before 9. The store closes at 10. This looks very bad to the public. I have run some of the highest sales for KFC as an area trainer for 3 years. I just moved out here this week. If you all need a store manager, please hit me up. I have already applied. I would never let a KFC lose sales like this as well as there are 4 employees in the building, no need to close. So at 9:35, I ordered food from here just to see if I can get it. It did not come to delivery sealed bag with a sticker and name on it. I did not receive the nuggets I ordered; instead, I was given tenders without being asked. I also received a famous bowl with no nuggets in it, and it was ripped up. The tender crispy chicken is old and not very breaded. Everything else is fine. My order through Door Dash was: Two Chicken Littles, a famous bowl, a two-piece leg and thigh by crispy, with a side of mac & cheese and a diet Pepsi. as this franchise is owned by Ampex, I would definitely be looking into the quality of weight issues, as if I was a stairtech Auditor this wouldn't be do good on a ops shop . I ordered my food with KFC drive through. Staff were friendly. I got my food pretty quickly. There was not much of waiting. Nashville hot chicken tenders were not crunchy or crispy. The biscuit was dried and stale. I guess the food was ok for a fast food restaurant. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Come here for one thing only... Chicken... They've slim down the menu and they don't have all the things that they used to have to make it easier on the workers. Showed up exactly at 8pm, door says dining room closes at 9 pm. Someone comes up and locks the door before I get a chance to get out of my vehicle to pick up a mobile order. I go through drive thru, and was told to pull forward after telling them I had a mobile order. Someone hands me food and a drink, doesn’t ask my name or anything. No customer service skills at all! I parked my car and looked to make sure I had all my food, all I got was a nasty look from an employee out the window. Ordered a chicken meal then they didn't give us our biscuits and failed to tell us they was out of biscuits. The chicken wasn't real fresh either definitely won't go back

I ordered a one piece breast meal for my mother at 12:31pm. I handed the middle aged woman a $20.00 bill. She have me .21 cents back. I said you didn’t give me the $10.00? She said you gave me a $10. I said no I just went through the bank and got all $20’s, I handed you a $20.00 bill. She argued and had a major attitude then said yes I think you’re right. She then said it would be 15 minutes for the chicken to be done. We waited for 51 minutes, and there were no customers in the drive thru or in the lobby. So they weren’t even busy. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced at any fast food restaurant. Do not go there! Farmington location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped in here to try the new donut chicken sandwich today for lunch. Overall was good but not something I would order again. It was very sweet almost overboard but the mix of flavor was good. Be prepared it is very messy. The honey BBQ was definitely more my level of sandwich for a typical lunch day and less mess. The only suggestion I have for KFC is allow the addition of cheese to your sandwiches, it would complete them. Ultimately I couldn’t finish my donut sandwich but did have a positive experience.

I don't think the cole slaw from this establishment has ever tasted or smelt fresh, and this time we get flat biscuits too. 🤔 where's the quality at? Seems to me to just be cheap excuse for Chicken 🐔 Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
