Went through drive thru. The woman greeted sounded annoyed & rude. Same treatment & attitude at window. Will not return just because of her! Chicken pieces were extremely small, cooked a little too long. Very expensive for subpar food. With my family member going through chemo & radiation, it's difficult to get him to eat. He's a loyal customer but will not return. Do better by your customers KFC!! Without us you do not have a job!! Spicy chicken sandwich was really greasy, grease went all down my hoodie sleeve but the regular chicken sandwich was good and chicken nuggies was also good. I went inside instead of drive through bc I had what I felt was a somewhat complicated large order. The lovely who took my order was exactly that - lovely! She not once acted like I was annoying her, overwhelming her, ordering too much, or anything. Everything came out perfect, and quickly too I might add. Thank you KFC for hitting the mark on this one! Actually the food was outstanding cooked perfectly the lady that took our order was very professional very polite and very informative. I would recommend dealing with her I wish I could remember her name but I wish I could remember her name but I would recommend her specifically in the next time I am at KFC and I recognize her I will make sure that I update this post because she definitely deserves the recognition she has earned you can see that just by having a 2 second conversation with her.
