I came in an ordered 2pc white meat, I waited 10 min to receive.When I got home and looking forward to eat. When I opened the container I received 2 greasy dark meat in my order. Food was absolutely terrible. Given the wrong order prompting us to drive back to the store. Fries were cold. Mac & Cheese was cold and looked like it was from a previous day. Famous bowl mashed potatoes were as runny as the gravy. We waited for 20 minutes to get food like this and will definitely NOT be going back to this location. At least the Mt. Dew tasted like Mt. Dew, little surprised about that. We threw 2/3 of our order away it was so bad. I wouldn’t feed that food to a homeless person if they begged me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo with a side of gravy. What I got was a soggy, flavourless chicken sandwich, six fries and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy. How'd this go so wrong? The lady at the drive through was very nice but how'd the ball get dropped here? The chicken also doesn't taste good I think they're missing 9 of their 11 secret herbs and spices. Very busy spot. Customers that ordered after us received their food prior to ours. One of our famous bowls came without cheese so we asked for it to be added and the other came with potatoes not properly mixed, a first for us at any restaurant. Ordered the 16 piece half original & half crispy family meal. Comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits. I was confused as to why I was separately charged for 4 large sides and 8 biscuits? Mentioning my confusion the employee quickly apologized and readjusted the price. Overall everything was great! Will return! Super fast service, my cashier was friendly. I love being called endearing names. I order spicy hot breast tenders they were burnt and chewy..... Someone there need to learn to use the mop or have a dedicated mop for the restrooms. Ordered a large meal. Didn't get a large fry and wasn't even a full small fry. They also charged me for someone else's order and had to refund me and they didn't even have a penny to give me the full amount back that I was charged for. It must have been the cashier's first day working or something. But there's no excuse for giving me a small fry that isn't even full when I paid for a large meal. Super disappointed in the service I got here. And even though their chicken sandwiches are pretty good(for fast food) I probably won't be going back. At least not to this location. Disappointed with this kfc. Food was watery, not fresh, and was missing part of the meal deal. Had the chicken bowl. Barely had any potatoes, the chicken wasn't hot and was kind of hard. We didn't get the cookie that was suppose to come with the meal. The food came out right away .. even before we finished paying. I just went to the drive thru. I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy. Paid. She asked me to pull around and I said OK. 20 mins later and i still had no food. The person who also pulled around after me went in to get his food and he was disabled. I went in and she apologiesed saying they have new staff. Then they said it would be an extra 5 mins for my chicken and I could go now with original. I said fine since I was hungry and just got off work. She then proceeded to tell me that they were going to give me half original and half extra crispy (which let me know they needed fresh chicken and I was getting chicken that had sat there). I took it. I wasn't offered anything else or even part of my money back for not getting what I actually ordered and waiting so long. Very disappointed for food that wasn't very good.
