Were there on holiday and ordered for 6 x people on Sunday 14th. Place was busy so we still mentioned that it was a good thing since the food would be fresh. The only take out in Knysna open past 9pm! It is also one of the few halaal certified outlets along the Garden Route. The food was served warm and was delicious! Definitely recommended! Price per person R 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very dissapointing!!! Horrible service all over. KFC has a faulty online ordering system where orders are not processed, but money is taken. I have struggled a week now for them to refund my money, as their system did not process the order. I do not recommend ordering from KFC ever. Their customer care agents lie to you just so you can stop phoning. The agent advised that they processed the refund/reversal on wednesday. Just spoke to my banker, this was definitely not done. Lies, lies lies. What the hell KFC, how is it allowed that you just steal peoples money. They never get back to you.
