Tonight for the first time I had great service at KFC'S Drive Through in Hermanus. I couldn't believe when the was no line at the drive through after 17h00. When I ordered it was in and out with out waiting,wow I was very impressed with that alone. Unfortunately I didn't order for myself so I can't say anything about the food. Keep up the good work and the little improvements it really makes a big difference

The food was absolutely terrible. I would like management to investigate the sequence of events that transpired. Firstly there was no queues we paid at the 1st window and as we pulled up at the second window the food was ready. Usually we would wait a few minutes but obviously this order was NOT FRESH!! The fries was like rubber dry hard and not edible. The Chicken was rubbery and the coleslaw tasted off. This is the worst I've ever experienced and needless to say by the time I got home to actually serve the food to my kids everyone complained. And this was after they begged me to get them KFC. I will forward a copy of the receipt and I'm sure you can check your cameras to see exactly how quick it took for us to get food that was meant to be discarded🙆 and who the person was that actually did this. I expect management to revert back in writing.

Waited for food like 20 min. Like 36° and aircon is off in the store. Milkshake stamd on counter for like 10 min. Got 3 of the orders wrong. Forgot to give stuff also. Wasn't even so busy there. The bathroom was broken. Orders are not followed correctly. Put garnish on and didn't want it. We used the screens so it wasnt a speak problem. The food wasn't even great. The soft whirl doesn't even have a cover around it for hygiene.

Visited for breakfast. No individual extra hash browns can be ordered, Food was OK, but ordering system was badly integrated, slow and front staff were constantly confused. Staff forgot to make the coffee and sweeteners were out of stock. We will go to the golden arches down the road next time we feel like a quick breakfast.
Cuppachino was decent though.

Not all the products was listed on the self help kiosk, so you have to go to the counter to order. When my order came, i asked for a cream soda but received a coke(not a problem at all, i just prefer cream soda) when i asked for the cream soda the waiter ignored me(didn't even acknowledge the request) but she did then give the correct drink. Then also didn't give salt for the chips.

Chicken dry and hard, Coke from under the counter, assistant too lazy to walk to the fridge, chips pale, no salt or tomato sauce given, had to ask for it. Not a great experience.
So the above review was done, then I get an e-mail stating that I must resubmit the review on an e-mail to customer services which I did. Then I get an e-mail asking for my cell number as more info is required. Which I did. Then I get a phone call on a Sunday afternoon while visiting friends at 16:30 which I did not answer, I mean realy..on a Sunday at that time. Then follows one sms after the other saying that I need to contact them. NO, You contact me in the week during office hours. Why do you need more info. You have my review...FIX THE PROBLEM. Dont say you cannot get hold of me and then close the case after one phonecall on a Sunday afternoon. How much more pathetic can it be.

Sana? Zethu was so cold and mean towards us. Did she not yell at me after I told her that there is no spoon and chilli salt? Bad, bad service eloxesha gravy nayo itshile. Nx!
She also had the audacity to tell me in my face twice that I changed the order (drinks) after I told her she gave me the wrong drinks.
We pay for food apha and this is the kinda service we get in return
