Meals are always wrong, never follow the instructions and the items I change are never updated, I get the original zinger box but swap the chips and P&g out from plain gravy and bread roll, they charge you for this .50c each substitution and they still don't give you what you ordered, straight up theft. It happens everytime and I have to go back and make them change it and they get angry with me. Why they are still banging on about no lettuce is also a scam, there's lettuce for days in every supermarket in our region, sick of massive cabbage stalks I get home and use my own lettuce but I'll skip KFC for the foreseeable future Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Twister with no slaw or tomato just lettuce and stuff all mayo .paid $16 wish I hadn’t gone through the drive through . Snack burger Como had chicken and chips mixed so didn’t get portion of chips displayed on order board . Food: 2 Service: 4

Our order, once again was wrong. The chicken was the worst we've ever had. Don't know whether KFC is getting the smoked flavor or what. If they are they got the flavor wrong. The chicken tasted like it had been in a fire, not BBQ, and was soggy.

Got told my order was too big for the drive through. Can’t handle an order don’t have a drive through. I orders a snack box two pop corn chicken and a zinger box? Literally just the usual my family gets. It came out a minute later so didn’t take long but very rude and told me next time to come in. Just shut the whole drive through down. It's actually really great. The chicken was amazing compared to some of thier other locations. It was juicy on the inside and not dry. It was also crispy and flavourful instead of soggy. I mean its Kfc so you know what to expect but i have to say the service was exceptional when i wanted a quick change of an item plus it was really fast getting my food. Food is sometimes cold or has been left sitting too long, drinks are flat almost always, overall franchise is really expensive. Not the most reliable KFC by a long shot.
