Poor customer service and the total anaesthetics of the place is totally lacking. Also Terrible food. If you're travelling using #GreatRift you'll definitely stop by this place. I would recommend trying other places around. The place needs major renovations. The place is fully equipped with spacious packing space.

This is a stop over for travellers plying the Nairobi-Eldoret route. It's situated about 2 kilometers before you get to Nakuru town if you're coming from Nairobi. The stop over offers a choice of two restaurants, a nyama choma joint and a convenience store. They also have public restrooms that they strive to keep clean. I would have given this stop a five star sav for the lack of paving where the cars are parked. This makes it have plenty of dust as the parking area is not paved or tarmacked, just some murram strewn all over the place. Just like any other bus stop, the prices of food and other commodities are quite exaggerated.

Food is average, you can get almost any local meal you want. Including nyama choma, fruits, a shop and a bar. All meals can be taken on site or 2go. If i could complain, their isn't much outdoor seating and it gets really dusty as the place is not all paved. And with the cars arriving and leaving, you can probably guess the outcome. If you're a muslim, we'll its your lucky day.. they have a mini mosque

Stopped over for a health break on a road trip, and I found their restrooms to be refreshingly clean. I must say I haven't seen roadside bathrooms this clean in a Looooong time.
