Awful experience with food asked for medium hamburger got well well done instead my steak ask for med-well got well done manager approach my table tell me it's my fault and to order something else insisted they wasnt cooking me another steak!!!never apologized!!!or even introduced herself ,awful experience, On my parents anniversary of all occasions they should be ashamed the waitress did try her hardest and we appreciate that.. Wow. This place is a jewel! The menu is excellent with two sizes of portions so you don't over indulge. The seafood is excellent. Our table ordered fan tail shrimp, clam straps, and octopus. Each dish comes with two sides. The coleslaw is excellent! So we're the onion rings. The place was packed but the service was spot on. Prices ?? They were the real hit. I thought I was ordering off a menu from 2015. And there were no ' mkt prices' either. Everything was priced. I highly recommend Ken's restaurant. Waiter was rude, and barely checked on us. Everything was burnt or overcooked, but the fries were cold and still frozen!!!! They didn’t even make the burgers like the menu describes! They served us soda with barely any syrup, so pretty much soda water! Terrible restaurant and service, will not ever be going there again. I love this place!! The restaurant is clean and service was like eating at your grandparents' house very welcoming and the food was super fast coming out and cooked perfectly! I would've gave them a 5 star but the only thing I would say that they need to change is use bigger plates. The amounth of food you get they give you a baby plate. I want to say a huge thank you to Ken’s and our waitress Caroline! We did not have to wait long maybe 10 mins to be seated, the food was superb as ALWAYS. We had a large party (13 people) who were gathering to support me after my father passed away. Thank you for giving us a little extra time even though you were closing to take some pictures. I appreciate your kindness and your TIME. I can not recommend this family owned restaurant enough! We are always well taken care of. My family got takeout from here the other day and had great service provided to us by one of the hostesses there. She was kind and super helpful when we realized we had an item missing from our order. Gabby was more than willing to help us and apologized. LOVED the food we got here the other day! I had the light fare broiled scallops they had a honey glaze sauce on them that was excellent. My son had the burger, it came on a sub roll which he thought was "the coolest thing ever." He ate the whole thing! so then we had to order him a piece of triple chocolate cake. So delicious. Great service and omg the monster seafood plate, the food was amazing, fryed just right, chicken sandwich was good and the loaded French fries were awesome, I would definitely recommend eating here , prices are not too bad.
