Not bad stay for 5 nights. However, HK needs to improve cleaning. Second day was better but then same low quality. Breakfast is not bad, but difficult to find a place to sit. The sports bar on the second floor is the best thing they have, also great location next to center and kak tebe.

Luckily we just had a short few hours rest at this hotel as arranged by travel agency before we catch our flight back home at night. Our room was located next to the stairway, very eerie and quiet, the room design very weird with many pillars and part of the furniture were here and there, mini bar at one corner, doorknob were broken, quite dim, lighting were poor. The lift was also very old. Breakfast is ok only. Wouldn't recommend to stay if you have other choices!

Request for a room at the top / higher level as you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of Almaty city & the mountain. ||International breakfast was served. However, halal status is not guaranteed in this hotel.||There is one restaurant named Noodles next to this hotel. You may have you lunch / dinner here.||Guests may ask for a city tour service from the front desk. However please be careful with the taxi driver as they can't communicate in English. Make sure you deal the price & tourist spots before proceed with the taxi.||

really, very poor even for Pavlodar:) stayed at short-notice business trip because decent hotels were booked. ||no wifi in the room. standart room tiny and shabby. breakfast decent (you won't die) reception ask to pay the full stay in advance.

The hotel prices were cheap|The staff was very friendly and helpful the food is good |Hotel can arrange transportation |The business center can help you with site seeing |There are good restaurants around the area |The bar is well equipped in the hotel itself |There used to be a casino long time ago but not anymore in the hotel but they have transport to take you to the casinos which is a 2 hours drive from the hotel

Central location, easily accessible to all markets etc, rooms small, adjustable |Centre of city, easily recognisable landmark, no need to worry abt taxi drivers recognising the hotel, ||Breakfast could have been better, limited spread, the attitude of staff in not good, post 10am, there is a tendency to push the existing inmates,||This could improve||Very good overall

Very nice service staff. Pick up and drop to airport facility is available.||Vegetarian food is not available here.||Very beautiful view from the rooms.||Nice decoration and Clean rooms.||Lifts are available and fast.

Старая гостиница советской постройки, сделали косметический ремонт.Поднялся на лифте на третий этаж в офис.Все номера переделали под офисы и здают в аренду.Оказывается уже не гостиница.

Бывшая гостиница. Теперь номера отданы под офисы. Какие точно там есть, я не знаю. Хожу в салон красоты. На лестницах, в коридорах вроде ремонт был, вполне прилично, но не шикарно.
Так и осталось, в каждом кабинете - номере офис. Салоны, нотариусы, продажа специальных приборов для здоровья, дома, бады и т.п.
