This place used to be very nice way before but it has changed a bit now in terms of flavors. The staffs aren't friendly, they dont even greet customers at the front door. The coffee is actually really bitter or atleast they dont really know how to make an iced coffee to be precise. The cake was very dry so it basically felt tasteless. The interior walls are very aesthetic and beautiful. I hope they take everything in consideration and do better in coming days. Great hospitality. Good services and foods. Beautiful wall paintings. Adequate space. Good lighting. Overall, the place is cosy and comfortable. Smoking zone is separated and placed away from main serving areas.

It's my first time here so, I have not much idea about the kamana and bakery. A few things I love about the place is Located at the prime location, it is not very hard to find. A little trobule is about parking of a vehicle but environment inside is quit amazing 😍😍 love the way they have decorated the place with local vibes. I was here for Birthday cake and happy with there services. And obviously taste of the cake. I will add more about the palace when I will there next Time. Right at the center of Dharan, this place is located at a prime location attracting many consumers everyday. The place appeared quite exclusive, nicely furnished, and prominent wall arts. The people were very friendly and the coffe, and pastries good. I will rate the coffee 4 stars and cake 3 stars. The only thing they need to improve is the speed of service- they were a bit slow ( may be due to festive days). At times we couldn't find the waiter . Overall the place is a good place to chill.

This is the exact place which came into rescue with loss of hope for coffee. Indeed, one of finest coffee in the area with numerous options for snacks, pastries etc. Pretty ambience with friendly staff. A pocket friendly with good taste.👍

It's a really nice place to have coffee and bakery items. Place is well designed and decorated. Service is ok and staffs are friendly too.
